Open May thru October 2013....And December 2013! Looking for a golf vacation in beautiful South Florida? The unit comes with a family golf membership...unlimited golf for two at a reduced rate!

Pelican Preserve is a gated 55 and over community in Fort Myers, Florida. Our property is a one story (no steps) attached villa located directly on the fairway of Pelican Preserve Golf Course. This 1300 square foot home is fully furnished with everything needed for a great getaway.Have breakfast on our furnished lanai and watch the golfers on the fifth hole... or better yet, get out there and play.

The unit is configured in a split plan with separate bedroom and bath areas. The open living area is tiled throughout and offers a direct view of the fairway. The open gourmet kitchen features Maple cabinets, solid surface countertops, gas range/oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, disposal, pots/pans, dishes, glassware & silverware - everything you might need. The dining room is complete with comfortable seating for four. The attached covered lanai also has dining for four, lounge chairs and a gas grill. There is a full size washer & dryer in the laundry room with plenty of storage. There is also a large two car garage with electric opener. This is truly a vacation home.

The Master Suite has a king-size bed, triple dresser/mirror and ceiling fan. The master bath offers a glass shower, toilet & sink. The guest bedroom has two pillowtop twins. The guest bath has a full size tub with shower, toilet & sink.

Pelican Preserve offers many amenities to enjoy. The 27 hole Chip Powell designed championship courses will challenge all skill levels. Taste the fine cuisine at the club's Destinations Restaurant. Enjoy watching your favorite movie at the theater located in the Plaza del Sol Town Center. In the mood for a workout? The Health & Fitness Center offers aerobics and exercise classes along with state-of-the-art equipment. The tennis facilities are sure to delight. Enjoy the sun at the resort-style pool or work out in the indoor exercise and lap pool. For the nature lover, Pelican Preserve offers a 38 acre nature preserve with a boardwalk. Catch a glimpse of herons, hawks, rabbits, squirrels and other wildlife as you play golf, stroll through the community or simply relax on your lanai.

Pelican Preserve Country Club is conveniently located just one mile from I-75 with grocery stores and restaurants nearby. The Southwest Florida Airport is 20 minutes away. The beautiful beaches of Ft. Myers & Sanibel Island are also just minutes away.

We are located 1 mile from Interstate 75 - shopping, great restauant, beaches - all located within a few minutes drive time. The Southwest Florida regional airport is 20 minutes away. Easy to get to, easy to travel around and a resort setting to boot. Paradise!

This is a beautiful tropical resort community. We enjoy the gorgeous pool, the spa, the activities in the town Center - this is like being on vacation. The resort has an indoor pool as well. The golf is wonderful - 27 Championship holes.
