A place to stay that is convenient and large for a 2 bedroom condo located in the historic district of Breckenridge among Victorian homes that have the charm of the late 1800’s when Breckenridge was a mining community. Still a lot of mining history and site seeing of the local mines and ghost towns are close. Over a 1,000 sq. ft. Two full baths, fireplaces in the living room and master bedroom. Two 42' HD TV's with built in DVD players, cable TV, free wireless internet, IPod dock, cd player stereo, really nice leather sofas and recliner chair. Continually upgrading. Grocery store within 3 blocks. Free shuttle to downtown and ski slopes (picks up at corner). Our condo is supplied with linens, towels & a complete kitchen. New refrigerator and microwave in 2014 with icemaker. Our condo is cleaned and prepared with fresh linens & sundries for your arrival. (We do not have daily maid service).

Enjoy our indoor pool, dry sauna and hot tub after a day of skiing, hiking or just enjoying the area. Our heated garage keeps your car out of the weather in the winter and there is no extra charge for its use.

Check-in time is between 4:00pm & 6:00pm on the day of arrival. If the Unit is ready & available before 4:00pm we will make every effort to let you in early, but we cannot guarantee early check-ins. Please contact our office at if your arrival is after 6:00 pm for late check-in procedures. Check-in procedures and the distribution of keys will be handled at our office. There is a late check in box at this location.

The check in location is at 335 North Main Street

Breckenridge, CO 80424 which is a tan building and the first building on the right as you come into town from Frisco.

Checkout time is 10am. To ensure proper accommodation of any incoming guests, this checkout time must be strictly enforced to avoid additional charges equivalent to one night's rental.

We both love Breckenridge, Co and enjoy the summers, fall, winter and spring in Summit County. We are retired and like to spend a lot of time in our beautiful state. Come and enjoy what we already know to be a place to relax and appreciate the great out doors.

It is so close to downtown we rarely drive to eat and shop. Free shuttle picks up at our location and takes you to the Gondola, peak 7,8, and 9. We have a great view of the ski area from our deck. Love the garage area in the winter to keep our car out of the winter weather. Indoor pool, hottub and sauna are a great way to relax after a great day of hiking, skiing or whatever you find to do.

Excellent location. Large clean condo.

We enjoyed our stay at this condo very much. It was comfortably furnished, the hot tub and pool were great after a day of skiing. The location is great, only a few blocks off of main street. Close to many restaurants. The ski bus stopped a half block away and it is only a 5 min ride to the gondola. We would definitely stay here again

Loved the view

We really enjoyed our stay in your condo. Especially the view from the living area which is spectacular. The condo is also very conveniently located. It's an easy walk to Main Street and all that downtown Breck has to offer. Also convenient to the gondola and the free bus stops right across the street. Had a great time.

Comfortable, and complete.

Everything a family needs to have a warm and wonderful Breck experience. Great fire place to warm your toes. Complete kitchen with all you need to feed the hungry. 2 baths makes it handy with a complete private bedroom and bath for mom and dad. Yep wireless so you can stay in touch. Don't miss this up to date condo just 2 blocks off main.

Clean, Cheap rental

The location and views are wonderful. It's nice to have off-street parking. The price was pretty low for a high-season rental....but you get what you pay for.

The place was very clean, but incredibly dated. It reminded me of staying at a grandparents' house. If it was your own family, you would have nostalgia for the furniture you remember from childhood. But a stranger's ratty bedding and old pillows feel pretty gross.

The walls are not well insulated. We could hear people's voices and cabinets closing in units next-door, as well as conversations of people walking down the hall outside. There was a dog in a neighboring unit who whined and cried whenever it was left alone.

The appliances are very old. Smoky toaster, slow burners & oven. And a note on the 30-yr-old dishwasher, disposal, blinds - that if you don't use them gently enough, you'll be charged. Really?

Another minus: you can really only come and go by the garage. If you try to walk in from the front door, it's locked, your unit key doesn't work, and you won't have a code to get in. Even walking, you need to use the garage door.

We had a nice visit, but I wouldn't rent this place again unless it was updated at least as far as some comfortable furniture, new bedding and new appliances (a $10 Target toaster certainly wouldn't be a painful purchase).

Owner's Response: One of our goals is to provide a comfortable place at a reasonable price for families to enjoy Breckenridge. To accomplish this we tend to be conservative with furnishings. As to a few of your concerns the bedding is provided by our management company and they normally do an outstanding job in providing what we need. Sorry you didn't feel that was up to par. The beds and mattresses in the second bedroom were purchased in 2012. As far as the building goes of course we have no control over that. Again we are trying to accommodate those on a limited budget. Not sure about your comment on the appliances as the refrigerator was purchased in 2014, the dishwasher purchased in 2012, the microwave purchased in 2013. We are looking to update the range but it is still in good working order. The dining room table was purchased in 2014. The note concerning the blinds is to caution folks to be gentle with the draw string as others have been somewhat abusive and caused damage. The key situation is surprising as the one key does fit the outside entrance to the garage, the condo, the pool room and also the front door. Have never had this come up before. We have over a 98% satisfaction rate with our guest so was somewhat surprised about your review. Thank you for your input and we will address all of these issues.

Breckenridge White Christmas

The condo was exactly as described. It had everything we needed for a home away from home. Slightly dated decor, but very clean and perfect location. The common area with the pool and heated spa was a welcome relief after a big day on the slopes.

While in Breckenridge you have to try dog sledding. The dogs are obviously very happy and well looked after. They love nothing more than hanging out with their team and going for a run. Also Briar Rose Chophouse has the best food in town (to be honest we didn't try all restaurants - but they were fabulous).

I would recommend this condo for your stay in Breck.
