Old San Juan is the oldest city on US Territory and with its Colonial Style Construction a treasures Spot to spend your vacation. Read more about OSJ below. For you to enjoy the Old City we can offer a spacious just remodeled 1,300 sq. ft. 3BR/ 1BA apartment that comfortably sleeps 6 persons on two twin and two queen beds. Each bedroom has a window to the interior patio which turns the apartment into a bright but still very quiet place. The bed rooms have A/C. The living room opens to Calle de la Cruz overlooking the beautiful streets and roofs of Old San Juan. The kitchen is part of an open dining/living space and is equipped for you to be able to enjoy your meals at home. The apartment has cable TV and families are welcome.

Old San Juan is the oldest city on US Territory and part of the World Heritage. It is about 8 by 8 blocks of unique colonial style architecture and offers everything from restaurants, bars, Puerto Rican coffee shops, galleries, open air music, nice paths to walk by the Port & Ocean, tourist shops to grocery store, pharmacy, Marshalls and Starbucks. The closest unofficial beach is in front of the Capitol Building in about 10-15 walking minutes from almost anywhere in Old San Juan. The nearest blue flag beach is called El Escambron and can reached in about 25-30 minutes walking along the Atlantic Ocean or in about 5 minutes by car/ taxi or bus. Old San Juan has a bus station from where you can go to Plaza Las Americas, the biggest mall in the Caribbean, to the Convention Center, as well as to Condado and Isla Verde, the other two main tourist spots along the coast of San Juan. Condado and Isla Verde are the modern parts of the city and have great beaches, hotels & casinos & much more...

In the Middle of Old San Juan

The property manager was helpful, speedy, and accommodating regarding the check in and out processes.

This apartment has two queen beds. How many of OSJ rentals offer that? It also provides washer, dryer, toaster, blender, beach towels, and A/Cs in the bedroom. However, the bathroom is quite small and the A/Cs somewhat loud.

The location is excellent, centrally located between all the nearby Old San Juan sites such as El Morro, Calle Fortaleza, and Calle San Sebastian, without being itself in a noisy street.

We really enjoyed staying at this rental. It was in a great location in the middle of Old San Juan. It was about a 15 minute walk to an unofficial beach. Grocery store, pharmacy, and great coffee shops were a few blocks away. The apartment was clean and nice. It was a little small (especially the bathroom), but otherwise a great place to stay. Nice TV, DVD player, comfortable beds, AC in bedrooms, good kitchen, washer and dryer, plenty of towels.There was wi-fi but it was impossibly slow! Overall, we were definitely happy that we stayed here.
