This fully refurbished, well appointed, first floor apartment is set in the beautiful gardens of La Gardenia.

The La Gardenia complex has extensive well maintained gardens with stunning views overlooking the picturesque harbour of Mahon. An ideal location to relax in the sun watching the yachts cruise by and dream. For fun there is a large pool in the centre of the complex to be enjoyed by children of all ages.

The apartment has three bedrooms and comfortably sleeps 6 with one double bedroom and 2 twin rooms. There is a dining area which seats 6 and a lounge with two sofas, wood burning stove, TV with satellite freeview, DVD and CD player. There are 2 balconies, one overlooks the pool area, the other overlooks the rear garden & the villas of the quiet Sol Del Este residential area. There is a modern well equipped kitchen with washing machine, fridge and microwave. The apartment and gardens offer all you require for a happy, safe, self catering holiday.

scenery was just breathtaking. We enjoyed visiting the local bars and restaurants, and walking into Mahon, this area is well worth a visit.

Relaxing days on a quiet island

The apartment is an ideal starting point to learn about Menorca. The location right on the harbor entrance is impressive. Cruise ships will pass in about 150 meters distance. The well equipped apartment is located in a very quiet and well maintained complex with beautiful tropical plants and a swimming pool. Restaurants and shopping are within walking distance to reach. At various beautiful beaches and the journey takes about 30 minutes.
The rent on the owner was very friendly and uncomplicated. On the good advice of them can be relied good. It was our first trip to Menorca and we were pleasantly surprised at how calmly beautiful this island. We had the luxury to stay 3 weeks and we could have stayed longer. The owner had the car rental recommended with which we were very pleased. This island we certainly have not visited for the last time.

My first holiday on menorca

This was our first time on Menorca and hopefully not our last, we hired a car so we could see the whole of this beautiful island, your apartment was the icing on the cake, everything you needed to make our stay like home from home, cumfey lounge two bathrooms and a great kitchen, but the views from your garden every morning and every evening where spectacular. Perfect holiday

La Gardenia is the perfect setting for a relaxing holiday in a beautiful part of Menorca. This was our 6th time at la Gardenia, and we're reluctant to try anywhere else as it's unlikely to match the immaculate gardens, lovely clean pool, stunning views and well maintained apartments. The apartment was as described with good facilities. I would highly recommend these apartments, communication and customer service was very good.

An ideal holiday spot

This was our third stay at La Gardenia. We like it because it offers all we require in a holiday apartment. It is part of an excellently maintained group of apartments,with a beautiful gardens and a lovely pool.It has a fantastic outlook, is quiet and it is an 8 minute walk into Es Castells where there are lively restaurants and bars and sufficient shops for your daily needs. We explore the island using the buses which are cheap and reliable. The apartment is well furnished and always immaculately presented.The owner could not be more obliging, she has gone out of her way to cater for any request,she always replies promptly to any enquiry. We would recommend this property unreservedly. There are few beaches nearby,but lovely coves and a stunning coastline to visit. The port of Mao, Es Castells and the forts guarding the harbour entrance are all worth visiting. The Cami de Cavalls, a coastal path around the island provides unlimited opportunities for walking. Menorca is largely unspoilt, its friendly people have a laid back approach to life.If you want razzmatazz it is not for you.Otherwise it is a wonderful place for a holiday.

Enjoyed staying in the flat. Have stayed in a number of flats in La Gardinia and it was better equipped than some others we've stayed in.

My son and wife also stayed with us and may return in the future.

The La Gardenia apartments are located in the quiet Sol Del Este residential area. There is a small shop & 2 bars both serving food within 3 mins walk.

There is a small beach with wooden jetty minutes away where you swim and search rockpools.

The historic town of Es Castell & the picturesque harbour of Cala Fonts is a leisurely 10 min walk where you will find many bars & restaurants to suit all tastes & budgets. Es Castell also has all the supermarkets, shops, banks etc, you would expect in a small town.

From Cala Fonts you can take a boat trip around the harbour.

From La Gardenia you can enjoy walks along the harbours edge & through the country lanes to St Esteve & Fort Marlborough. You can also swim off the rocks using the purpose built ladder, it is also an excellent location for fishing.

Mahon is a 10 min taxi ride and there is regular bus service from Es Castell. With a car you can easily enjoy all Menorca has to offer, beautiful beaches, historic towns, golf.
