Châteaux d'Ionienne complex is located in a beautiful location in Skala Village just 400 meters from Kaminia beach, the famous sandy beach of the Caretta Caretta Turtle. The complex is just 30 min from the island’s International Airport (direct flights from UK/EU) and 35 min from island`s main port Sami (ferries from Italy via Patra - mainland Greece). A few minutes away there are restaurants, bars, food shops, super market, bakery, pharmacy, local gift shops, car/bike rentals. Walking and cycling along the coast is a superb experience. Tennis is available in nearby hotels, while mountain biking, horse riding, sea kayak and trekking within 30 minutes drive. The complex comprises of three villas measuring 140 m2 on a plot of 7400 m2. Our villa has a private pool (9 x 4 m) and on the plot there is a children's play area.

The villa to your far right as you look at villas from behind. Situated in the pretty village of Skala, just a few minutes from the famous village of Katelios and a very short distance from Kaminia Beach, we find the 140 m2 stone villa on a shared plot of land measuring 7400m2. The villa enjoys central heating, air conditioning and a private pool with pergola-covered patios. There is also parking area for two cars. The ground floor comprises of an open plan kitchen/ dining/ living room, a double guest bedroom and a bathroom. The first floor comprises of 2 double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. The master bedroom opens onto two separate balconies that face in different directions. The villa enjoys excellent views of the blue Ionian Sea.

Kefalonia is the largest island in the Ionian Sea. You can get there either by plane or car. There are direct flights from UK and other EU countries. Châteaux d'Ionienne complex is 30 min drive from island`s International Airport. In case you use a car, you take the ferry from Italy to Patra (mainland Greece). Then you take the ferry to Sami (island`s main port), about 3 hours trip. Châteaux d'Ionienne complex is 35 min drive from Sami port. Another option is to take the ferry from Killini (1 hour drive from Patra) to Poros port, which is just 10 min drive to Châteaux d'Ionienne. At Châteaux d'Ionienne one can combine moments of tranquillity in the privacy of its seafront location, along with vivid night life at the close villages of Skala & Poros. Local activities swimming, tennis, walking, sailing, cycling, fishing, wind-surfing, water skiing.
