Erica house is a lovely detached three bed villa on the popular Heywoods Estate, 5 minutes walk to Almond Beach Resort and other beautiful West Coast beaches, and close to historic Speightown where all the banks and shops can be found. The new property is finished to the highest standard with new furnishings and equipment in all rooms. All bedrooms have air conditioning and ceiling fans in all rooms .The master bedroom has a safe. The open plan kitchen is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, stove, microwave. and coffee machine. The villa has a utility room, complete with washing machine. This villa has cable TV boasting some 34 channels, with DVD and music stereo, a telephone is available. Internet access is also available at a small cost. Outside there are two verandas overlooking the lovely tropical well maintained gardens,with barbeque and stylish patio furniture to enjoy outside dining. Hopefully all you could need to make your stay in beautiful Barbados a memorable one

Erica House is located in the quiet residential area of Heywoods Park on the beautiful West Coast of Barbados , within a few minutes walking distance is the Historic town of Speightstown offering varied leisure opportunities, banks ,supermarkets and shops, meet the local vendors selling fresh produce along the side - walks. Typical beautiful white sanded beaches with crystal clear blue water are also only 3/5 minutes walking distance away. Heywoods Park being adjacent to Almond Beach, and next to Port St Charles, with its beautiful Marina. All of Barbados is easily accessible from this location,but there are good eating places nearby including some on the beach where you can relax and enjoy the view, good food and maybe a rum punch.

  • Start dates are flexible and negotiable.The same applies to stays less than a week depending on availability.You will be personally greeted at the villa.The villa offers many extras for example it can be arranged for you to be picked up at the airport and transported straight to the villa.You can prearrange a reasonable amount of shopping to be purchased and packed away prior to your arrival,you can also be fast-tracked through the airport for a very small charge {well worth it)where you will be met with a taxi waiting to take you to the villa, a very relaxing way to start your vacation in Barbados.Also there is a boat available for your use, maybe you fancy a fishing trip,or scuba diving or just to chill out.You can even hire someone to cook for you in the villa,or a beach barbecue can be arranged.The person who meets and greets you ,probably Karen,can answer any questions you have and other things on offer to make your stay in the lovely villa on beautiful Barbados unforgettable.
  • rates could vary, for example a longer stay could possibly be cheaper, or if more than two people were sharing a bedroom they will be higher. Crop-over rates will be higher this can all be discussed at time of booking. A deposit will be required plus a refundable security deposit of 20%.
  • A cleaner will be provided,if you do not require this service please inform us .Towels,tea-towels and bed linen are provided but you must provide your own beach towels.There are two cold bags for your use and a barbecue.Apart from the patio furniture there are two sun loungers and small tables please do not take these off the premises.A fold up bed and cot are available this can all be discussed at time of booking.Smoking is not permitted inside the villa but is quite acceptable on the verandas.

Pleasant experience at Erica House Heywoods Estate

We were pleased that the online pictures and description of the property were accurate. The house was clean, tastefully decorated and very comfortable. The property was lovely, with well maintained gardens and tropical vegetation. We throughly enjoyed the mango and lime trees in the backyard. The house is located in a very quiet residential area close to local transportation, shopping, banks, etc. The walk to the beach is approx. 10 minutes (online says 5 mins.). We swam mainly at Port St. Charles which was about a 15 - 20 minute walk. All beaches in Barbados are public beaches, so often we would hop on the local bus and go experience other beaches e.g. Mullins, Gibbs. The property management were always available and willing to do whatever was necessary to make our stay comfortable and the maid service was excellent as well. Even the neighbours were great, very welcoming and helpful. There are a few good restaurants in Speightstown but there are many more in Holetown which is about 25 minutes away by local bus. We would definitely book at Erica House again and would also recommend it to our friends and relatives.
