Villa Regina is a new building immersed in the marvellous typical Tuscan country of Montecatini Terme. Its location, on top of a hill, offers a breathtaking sight of the town. Villa Regina is disposed on three levels and can sleep 8/10 guests. At guests disposal: Private gardens - Private swimming pool ( 4x 8.5m depth 1.20-1.30 mt) with hydro-massage-- Open from 1th June to 30 September – Gazebo – Piano - Satellite TV - Cots (2) - Bbq Distances: The closest resturant is 1,5 km from the villa; bus stop only 200 mt away. The village of Massa is 750 mt far. The villa is on three levels: Basement: 3-cars garage, cellars, fitness room. Groundfloor: kitchen/dining room, living room, single bedroom, bathroom with wc, laundry room, boiler room. All of this ground floor has polished wooden floorboard and is light and airy. On ground level you also find a studio/TV room, where an additional single bed for a possible 11th guests can be added. First floor: master bedroom with ensuite bathroom, 2 twin bedded rooms, 1 bunk beds room with a third bed, bathroom.
