Beautiful New Condo!! PRIME LOCATION!!

What can I say, an awesome experience staying at this location in West Hollywood. The place is posh, the location close to all, and the host is supremely professional. Communicating with the owner, Rodney, was efficient and he handled all of our questions with class and always provided a prompt response. If you are looking for a location during your stay in LA, look no further.

We had a fabulous time staying in such a beautiful condo! It was close to all the places we wanted to see on our "Heartbreakers" tour...Rodney was professional, yet friendly & helpful. We were close to all the places in Hollywood we wanted to see in relation to Tom Petty & the Hearbreakers, their Walk of Fame star, old venues where they first performed, Westside Pavillion where video for Free Fallin' was shot & short trip to Leo Carillo park in Malibu where Mary Jane's Last Dance was shot.

The best thing for me was being across the street from a huge new & used record store where I found some gems from Tom & the Heartbreakers/Traveling Wilburys for my Hearbreakers memorabilia archive.

The condo was VERY clean, nicely decorated (especially for a rock star!) and very comfortable...everything we needed was there and what we didn't have was found downstairs at the new Walgreen's, where many food items could be found. The restaurants near by were good, especially where we used our certificate, you really can't go wrong.

Having the washer/dryer, dishwasher and both tv's was extremely helpful. It was easy to use the garage parking and our rental car was safe & secure in the garage. The elevators were quick & efficient, we never had to wait for more than a few seconds. We did not hear any street noise and only heard noise from other condos or courtyard when I had windows open. The other people in complex were nice to us as we came & went.

Rodney, many thanks for sharing your property. We hope to come again next time we are on a Tom Petty "Runnin' Down a Dream" tour!

First, Rodney is awesome. His communication is always prompt and he makes you feel genuinely excited about the location and accommodation (and the condo is even better than it looks in the pictures)

Location is fantastic. It's near enough to the heart of Hollywood that you're only a short walk from all the great tourist spots and main bus and train lines to all over the city. I found catching the rail from up the road a great and very inexpensive way to get to downtown L.A, the Natural History Museum and a heap more. And buses run just half a block down the road to places like Santa Monica and Venice etc.

The other great thing about the location is that it's super quiet inside the actual condo. You'd never know one of the most vibrant day and night towns is right outside the door. Some friends stayed at a condo up the road and the noise was 24/7. This place has none of that noise.

In short, the place is amazing, Rodney is fantastic .. the eateries, transport and entertainment all within a short walk are superb and you won't find a better place in the heart of Hollywood.
