This place is amazing! It is a beautiful historic jewel centrally located in Park City. It is a true ski in/ski out to Park City Mountain Resort and literally a 3 minute stroll to Park City’s Main Street. The house is maintained in impeccable condition. It is newly renovated with modern furnishings. There is plenty of room to sprawl out if you are renting together with a group of friends, staying alone with family or even sharing with another family. When not enjoying the many great restaurants on Main Street, we would take advantage of the large gourmet kitchen after a long session in the hot tub. Forget to buy wine for dinner? No worries, they keep a generous stock on hand available to guests at cost. You don’t need a car as everything is within easy reach. However, there is plenty of parking with a 2-car garage and some offstreet if you bring vehicles. We rented a car last time as Little Cottonwood Canyon is within easy reach as well as Snowbasin, a great local secret that is about a 35 minute drive from Park City.
The owners are very friendly and accommodating. My family and I used this place twice last year and the entire process was seamless. It will definitely be our location for seasons to come.

Extra deep two car garage plus two additional off street spots. Fully-equipped gourmet kitchen. Sub Zero fridge, Thermador range and oven. Bright & airy! Southern exposure and 14ft ceiling. Enjoy the stocked wine buffet Vaulted dining room with seating for eight at french oak table. Great flow! Living room with 30 ft vaulted ceilings, wood fireplace and 50 in HD LCD TV. Enjoy relaxing in our spacious living room with wood burning fireplace. Lots of space for entertaining. Gather the group and watch the game! Master bdrm with ensuite bath and French doors opening to Quitin' Time ski run. KING Restoration Hardware bed and furniture throughout. Ensuite master bathroom with claw foot tub and shower. Genuine ski-in/ski-out luxury... 10 feet to the Quitin Time Run! Winter view up Quitin Time run. Ski right to your door step! First floor bedroom with QUEEN bed and antique lighting. Light and charming! First floor bath with shower, high ceilings and period details. Lower level bedroom. Bunk beds with detachable, roll-out trundle. Twin with detachable, roll-out trundle. HD LCD TV wall mounted in corner. Lower level full bath with claw foot tub and shower. Lower level den with luxury Room & Board QUEEN Tempur-Pedic sleeper sofa. Six person hot tub off kitchen, with direct view of Treasure Hill. Best location in Old Town! On the Quitin Time Run & steps to center of Main St. Summer is a great time to visit! Enjoy our award winning home!
