Enjoy a relaxing vacation by the beach. You'll feel right at home in this comfortable two bedroom 1 bath, beach-view house that has a great deck, table and chairs for enjoying the cool gulf breeze. You'll find a fully stocked kitchen, or take advantage of the nearby restaurants and enjoy eating on the deck watching the surf or the sunset. In the morning take a long walk along the beach and collect sea shells. You can be as active or as lazy as you wish. The two queen beds and day bed will sleep six people, and is perfect for to two couples with small children. This is the ideal home to relax and let go of the stress. - Ike repairs have been made the house is better than ever.

Cozy house close to the beach. Good views from all the decks, and it caught a nice breeze the entire time we stayed. It was an easy walk to the beach, which was quiet and not crowded. We flew kites, played in the water and chased crabs. House was clean and well equipped for our family. It was great that we could bring our dog. It was close enough to main attractions for day time activities and just far enough out to keep the beach peaceful and relaxing. Andrew was friendly and helpful throughout the rental process.

Quiet neighborhood and and easy walk to the beach. The owner was helpful and met us at the property. Our kids had fun and the grandparents enjoyed staying in the same house. Located close enough to downtown and all the attractions, but far enough out for peace and quiet. We enjoyed sitting on the decks at all hours enjoying the breeze off the Gulf and grilling out on the deck. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Nice Beach Rental

We spent a week at the Kathryn’s Tree House and had a very good time. Andrew was easy to rent from and allowed us to bring our dogs with us – he will be our first call when we return for another rental. The house is well supplied with everything you need for a stay; you only need to bring what you want for the beach, extra paper towels and toilet paper (some is supplied but we used more). There is a deck under the house which is nice if you have others over for a day visit there is plenty of room to set up an extra table etc… The house is close to the town and we appreciated that as well. Mosquitoes are bad right now so I suggest purchasing some foggers and using every other day.

Excellent Vacation Home!

I stayed there recently with my fiance and a friend and it was the perfect size! We stayed for an entire week and utilized the lovely kitchen to make meals, sat outside every morning and watched the waves hit the beach while we drank our coffee, and walked to the beach with our two dogs for a quite relaxing lay out in the sand.
