Our “Flamboyan” unit is a brand new and cozy condo with a well equipped kitchen. The flamboyan tree is featured on the paintings in all rooms. The condo has 3 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms. All bedrooms are located downstairs with a laundry unit (washer/dryer). The master bedroom is bright and roomy with a king-size bed, an en-suite bathroom with a jacuzzi, a walk-in closet, a 46” cable TV, and a love seat sofa. Sharing the second bathroom, the 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and a 32” cable TV, and the 3rd bedroom has a bunk twin bed. The upstairs floor has a kitchen, a dinning and living area with a futon, a balcony, and a third bathroom. Our master bedroom, dinning/living area, balcony and kitchen all enjoy a fabulous ocean view. Amenities also include high-speed internet, air-conditioning in all living spaces (split-units for M bedroom and upstair floor). We have space to park one vehicle and a golf cart. Our studio 'Palm' unit (#3495741) is located directly above our 'Flamboyan' unit. The two units share the same lobby area. Seeo our website: tropicalzvacation.com

Palmanova Village is located on the top of a hill next to the Palmanova Plaza in Palmas del Mar. It has a swimming pool, a jacuzzi, and a gym center with sauna rooms--all are free of charges for renters and residents. Our “Palm” condo is about 150 m away straight distance from the seashore, and about 10 minutes walking distance to the nearest beach (1111 steps). All beaches are free in Puerto Rico. You can rent a golf cart ($20-$50 per day) to access all the beaches in Palmas del Mar.

Palmas del Mar is the largest resort in the Caribbean set in 2,750 acres of land with spectacular views of El Yunque Rain Forest, the Caribbean Sea, and beautiful landscapes. As our guest, you can enjoy the member exclusive Beach Club and Tennis Club (with $10-15/person/day additional fees). The tennis club has 20 courts; 2 artificial grass Omni Courts, 4 Har-Tru clay courts & 14 hard courts. These courts were supplied with cold drinking water all the time. The Beach Club has towers of twisting 16 ft water slides for the kids, and a wading pool with its own slides, spray jets, water valves, and a giant spill bucket. It also supplies with towles for guests to use. The facility also has a large adult swimming pool. Children activity and quiet areas are set aside for those who crave peaceful adult time. In addition, Palmas del Mar has 2 championship 18-hole golf courses. The Flamboyan Course is among the Top 5 in the Caribbean. You may also want to sign up for a horseback riding trip through the beach at the new equestrian center. At the Resort, you will find a bank located at Palmanova Plaza, as well as shops, multiple restaurants and a convenient grocery store. You can play at the casino at the Wyndham Hotel or relax at any of the spas. For those who prefer boating and water sports, you may want to visit the marina to sign up for a catamaran trip or a scuba diving/snorkeling adventure. Plamas del Mar is 30 minutes to the ferry (to Culebra and Vieques), the Cabezas Nature Reserve, and the phosphorescent bay in Fajardo; 45 minues away from the Rainforest visitor center, and about 50 minutes from the San Juan airport.

Our family recently stayed in Puerto Rico for the first time and had a fabulous vacation. Our condo was everything and more of how it was described. The book of recommendations was really helpful. Clean and fully stocked to make you feel as if you are at home. Loved riding in the golf cart all week and kids really enjoyed the beach club water slides. Palmas del Mar was a wonderful place and we hope to return.

BEST VACATION

My family and I enjoyed staying here. The Condo is positioned in an ideal location, not to far from San Juan, the Rain Forest, Zip Lining and much much more. The Golf Courses play like the best courses in the States.

The accommodations far exceeded our expectation. If you want a relaxing and peaceful vacation look no further. I HIGHLY recommend this Condo.

Too Short a Time In Humacao

We had a wonderful time at the condo in Humacao. It was clean and had everything someone on vacation would want. The kitchen was extraordinarily well equipped, so much so that we didn't use some of the available appliances. The beds in the three bedrooms were comfortable. Nobody was at the pool, just a short walk from the condo, so we had it almost to ourselves. And of course the terrace, though small, had a lovely view of the ocean. We didn't do any sightseeing because we had a toddler with us and he was kind of bound to his schedule. We weren't quite sure why there were so few people there. The time of year? the recession? But we would go back whenever we could.

WE STAYED AT THIS PROPERTY FOR 5 DAYS AND WE ARE IN LOVE WITH THE PROPERTY WE DIDNT WANT TO LEAVE, EVERYTHING IS PERFECT THERE IS NOTHING TO COMPLAINT ABOUT FROM THE MOMENT YOU GET THERE EVERYTHING IS SUPER CLEAN VERY MODERN AND BEAUTIFUL ,THERE IS NO ONE THING YOU WILL NEED AND NOT FIND IN THIS APARTMENT AND THE SERVICE RECEIVED FROM THE OWNERS IS EXCELLENT VERY NICE TO WORK WITH NEXT TIME WE VISIT WILL BE STAYING THERE AGAIN AND AGAIN :)

Our recent stay at the "flamboyan" condo in Humacao was spectacular, everything we possibly needed was there the owners thought of everything. The unit was spaceous, clean, and home like. Our view was breathtaking especially in the early morning watching the sun rise. We used the pool/jacuzzi every day to relax and unwind from our busy day. I wouldnt hesitate to go back!
