This was a great place to stay. The condo was clean and neat with plenty of towels, plates, bracelets for the pools, etc... The place was just as described on the vrbo website. The condo was updated and the furniture and beds comfortable. We had zero problems with parking or elevators as we went in early May and Splash was not crowded AT ALL. At times it was like we had the place to ourselves. The pools were clean. One was heated one was not. The kids loved the water features and the lazy river. The tiki bar was available with drinks and food at times and the bartender was really nice. The staff were nice but they did walk the property often taking care of daily routines. Splash is right on the beach hardly any walking at all. We would def. stay here again. Panama City was so much fun and brought back many childhood memories. Oh Yes and Mike was was AWESOME to work with. Thanks!

My fiance and I recently stayed at Mike and Daria's E1005 unit at Splash Resort during the Spring Break season. At first we were skeptical, being that we were visiting the PCB area with all the infamous, wild college "Spring Breakers," but rest assured that this resort is very family friendly, located on the calm side of the strip, and still provides a quiet, intimate atmosphere for a couple with no children seeking a romantic getaway. With this unit being located in the tower not containing the mini water park, it is easy to avoid noisy children altogether. With that being said, for the families with small children, the water park is directly adjacent to the East tower and only a 2 minute walk from this unit, down the elevator and through a short skywalk.
The unit itself is absolutely PERFECT! I honestly could not have asked for more for my money. WHAT A STEAL! The pictures of this unit on the VRBO site are inaccurate however (possibly of another unit or are pre-redecoration photos) so needless to say I was blown away when I walked into this unit to find that it was MUCH more modernly decorated with larger televisions than represented in the photos. We instantly felt at home upon arriving to this condo. It felt to be the perfect size for me and my fiance, but could very comfortably sleep up to 6 people between the bunk beds and pull out couch.
Logistically, this was the smoothest rental I have ever worked with. Mike instantly responded to all of my questions prior to booking and was very easy and direct to work with. We never had to deal with checking in or a front desk or even as much as wait for an elevator or search for a luggage cart. We literally drove up to the parking garage, grabbed one of the hundreds of nearby luggage carts, hopped onto the elevator, walked directly to the condo, entered the door code and voila, we were on vacation! NO HASSLES WHATSOEVER! The unit was perfectly clean and provided plenty of towels and dishes.

This is a beautiful, spacious, comfortable, full ocean view condo. The owners had excellent communication with us and truly cared that we had a wonderful vacation. We are already planning our trip back. If you have children the hotel is perfect with lots of pools, play areas and a water park. If you do not have children, the hotel has a peaceful feel and you are only steps from the beach. The condo is upscale with all of the comforts of home. Perfect in every way...We will be back!!
