Lakefront 4 bdrm, 2 bath home in Southern Maine located at The Pines private residential neighborhood on Kennebunk Pond in Lyman. This home offers tranquility along with beautiful water views. The loons will serenade you as you sit on the private dock enjoying the sunsets, keep a watchful eye out for eagles! This home comfortably sleeps 8; 1 King, 2 Queens, 2 Twins. Kennebunk Pond is the idea swimming, boating and fishing location in Maine. Covering 224 acres, it is stocked bi-annually with brown, small mouth bass, brook and rainbow trout. There is a public boat launch nearby our home. We have cable TV and wireless internet. Fully applianced granite counter kitchen;

electric stove, microwave, coffee pot, toaster, blender and more. Linens/towels are provided. Ceiling fans and air conditioning throughout for those rare hot nights in Maine. The lower patio has a bistro set and gas grill. There is a chiminea on the upper deck/patio for evening camp fires and outdoor dining.

Stunning waterviews from the living room, family room and dining area;

Master bedroom and full bathroom on first floor;

Three bedrooms and full bathroom on lower level - walk out to multi level patio deck and to the pond just 20 feet away!

This property was everything it advertised. We had a totally peaceful week with family. Every detail was provided for. The beds were comfortable and the place was spotless and fully equipped. Enjoyed kayaking, swimming, fishing and evening fires. A short drive got you to several of the beautiful Maine beaches and shopping areas. Would definitely recommend this to a friend and will consider it for our next family visit to the area in the future.
