The Perfect Cape Cod Cottage!

From our initial contact with Rosemary, the process of renting this cottage was seamless! We lost our initial rental due to a fire and, in hindsight, are grateful we found the this cottage. Being somewhat particular about rental properties, I was relieved to find everything I want in a vacation home with this property...hardwood floors, comfortable bed, upgraded linens, the lastest technology in TV's/Internet, great coffee pot, better than average cookware, towels, glassware, etc, and prime location to everything on the Cape. We enjoyed the firepit outside as well as the gas fireplace inside. Sadly, we had more rain/fog than sun, so we didn't take advantage of the gas AND charcoal grill outside, but, again, a great feature. We found the cottage to be extremely clean but it also had everything you needed to keep it that way! My favorite feature, outside of the location, was the outdoor shower...a treat even if you aren't coming off the beach. My husband and I were able to walk to everything, groceries at the Wellfleet Market, a great dinner at Mac's Shack and loads of shops and galleries. You must take a stroll across the bridge over the marsh. Not sure what it's called, but you'll see it! The location was perfect to drive to P-town for a drink or dinner, a bike ride on the Bike Trail, sitting on the famous Atlantic beaches, a wine tasting at Truro Vineyards or just to stay home and enjoy the patio and firepit! Delighted with Moby Dick's for a quick and fresh meal....JP's for a quick robster roll after a 4 hour bike ride. Overall, it was kismet that brought us to this cottage and we are thankful it was everything and more....thanks Rosemary!
