New apartment in Edificio Brisas Jurerê luxury, completely furnished 1 bedroom / suite - double bed box, closets, bathroom stall and another room for up to 3 singles, closet and full bath. All rooms with ceiling fans and protective screens on the windows. Living room and dining room with air conditioning, retractable sofa, TV 32 ', dining table and large balcony with barbecue and beautiful views of pool and mountains. Fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, stove and microwave and other household utensils. Laundry with washing machine. Garage, built for 1 car. Oferemos two changes of linen and towels. Cleaning services should be negotiated separately. We have no beach services and loan of umbrellas, chairs and beach towels. The building is luxuso and feature pool with play area. The neighborhoods Jurerê and Jurere are very well designed, very beautiful homes and places worthy of first world flat topography.
