This modern villa is situated on the prestigious Les Teules urbanisation. The villa is very well equipped with air-conditioning to two bedrooms. Both upstairs bedrooms have private terraces with wonderful views across to Sant Feliu de Guixols and the beautiful Mediterranean. Both these bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms, there is also a cloakroom downstairs. Downstairs bedroom has access to the large terrace. All windows have mosquito blinds fitted. There is a beautiful private terrace with comfy seating, dining table and chairs for those balmy evenings perfect for alfresco dining, terrace has electric sun shades. The private pool is not overlooked and is gated for safety. The villa has the advantage of broadband connection. The lounge has seating for 6 people, British satellite TV, DVD, CD available. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you could need, this leads onto an additional terrace where you will find a gas BBQ, all the terraces take in the sensational views.

The villa is situated close to Santa Cristina dáro where you will find closest shopping facilities. Just 10 minutes drive will bring you to Sant Feliu de Guixols, an unspoilt Catalan fishing town, with wonderful local shops and a beautiful bay. There is a regular Sunday market with great atmosphere. The beautiful beach of San Pol is only a short ride from the villa, spend a long lunch overlooking the beautiful beach and the fantastic boats anchored in the bay. Platja dáro is a modern town with upmarket shops, many restaurants and cafes perfect for people watching over a cool drink. A must is to explore the breathtaking coastline of the Costa Brava. Calella de Palagrugell, Aiguablava and Tamariu are a must. Don´t forget Palamos which is one of the few working fishing ports, the back streets are full of atmosphere and the tapas bars are a great experience. Of course Barcelona and Girona are on the door step too. Only 1hour 10 to Barcelona and a short 30 minutes to the beautiful Giron

The bedroom has a terrace and mosquito blinds for your comfort. This room also has blackout curtains for those long sunny mornings. This room also has the advantage of air-conditioning. Bedroom 3 is situated downstairs, the same level as lounge/diner. This room has two single beds which can be made up as a double. This room has access to the main terrace. Again this is a lovely bright room with stunning views. Across the hall is the cloakroom with toilet and basin.

Real upperclass villa and furnishment, verry good beds, bathrooms OK, 2 bedrooms with airco, pool OK, no garden/lawn (= normal because the villa is build on a steep hillside), enough terrace space, some more pots, panns and glasses are necessary(it worked out but still...), a koffeemachine is missing, description was accurate, property clean by arrival, costumer service OK, a car is necessary, 10 minutes drive from Platja or San Feliu for shopping, beach, restaurants etc. I would recommend it to friends. We had value for our money.

Villa luxueus van afwerking, inrichting e.d., zwembad is niet groot 7,5x3,5 maar toch voldoende, zeer goede bedden, airco op 2 bovenste slaapkamers, gas BBQ, zeer net bij aankomst, beddegoed en handdoeken aanwezig (niet voor strand), wagen is noodzaak, weinig tuin (op een steile helling gebouwd), veel terrasruimte, wat meer potten, pannen en glazen zijn wenselijk, koffiemachine ontbreekt, Platja d'Aro en San Feliu 10 minuten met de wagen, zijn geld toch waard, een aanrader
