Photos and Description of the Dolcedo vacation rental 6 bedroom home to sleep up to 5 in each apartment

Our lovingly restored olive mill still retains the original mill workings and comprises two independent apartments which can be rented together or separately. Each apartment has a comfortable lounge, kitchen, bathroom and three bedrooms to accommodate up to 5 people. The sleeping can be expanded to a maximum of 12 persons. The house is perched in a delightful hillside hamlet framed by Mount Scouasi and has arguably the best microclimate in Liguria, it faces due south and is plenty hot enough by day but refreshingly cooler by night. Close to Dolcedo, It is 20 minutes walking time from the small town of Prelá.

Whole House: In its ‘full house’ layout the two levels share an internal small stairway connecting the Cantina of the lower apartment with the entrance hallway of the upper apartment. The configuration is potentially ideal for two holidaying families who are able to share the combined benefits of a grander upper layout with the convenience and beauty of the garden whilst also having their own independent living space.

  • There is an additional Refundable Security Payment which is an extra €800 Euros for the whole house. Provided there’s no damage or losses incurred by us this is refunded back to you no later than 6 weeks after your return.
  • There is a mandatory cleaning charge of €120 Euros for the whole house which pays for the final changeover washing and cleaning after you leave.
  • All transaction charges including PayPal, Mastercard, Visa or bank charges for payments or credits (i.e. for the returns of deposits or the Refundable Security Payment) will be your responsibility and therefore will be added to payments or deducted from credits as appropriate.
