Quiet, convenient location, family-friendly, close to restaurants, shopping, library, marina, bike trail, large yard, four seasons, large kitchen, golf, sailing, boating, skiing, cross-country ski. The house has a roomy living space with central heat and a comfortable seating arrangement with plenty of natural daylight. The spacious dining area has plenty of seating for your family.

The open kitchen has an oven and a refrigerator and more-than-adequate counter space as well as all the utensils and dishes you'll need for your vacation.

Our large, fenced-in yard with picnic table and barbecue gas grill invites you and your family to enjoy outside dining.

Our vacation house is in a quiet location only a short walking distance to Betsie Bay and the beautiful Lake Michigan beach. Main Street and the Betsie Valley Trail are right around the corner.

The house has a roomy living space with a comfortable seating arrangement with plenty of natural daylight. The private bedroom have easy access to the bathroom.

Tugged away in a quiet location and still in the middle of all the action. Forget the car and walk to the beach, harbor, stores, shops and restaurants. Take a Sleeping Bear boat cruise or rent a bike and ride the Betsie Vally Trail bike path. Kayak and Canoe rentals on the Platte River are not far or you can ski or snowboard in the winter at Crystal Mountain Ski Resort, only 20 minutes for Frankfort.

my little family stayed a couple nights in this sweet little cottage. it was simple and had unique, charming art on the walls. it was well-equipped for how small it is. the hospitality (a personal welcome) from Beth and Wil made it feel particularly inviting. we would return here again.

the ONLY thing that i wish i had known in advance is that there aren't things like dish towels or dish clothes, nor basic kitchen staples like salt and pepper or oil. otherwise, the kitchen was really well-stocked and plenty big.

The house was small but very comfortable for my husband and I and if we would have had our 2 kids with us it would have been just fine. The beach was a short walk and the town of Frankfort was a great place to wander around. The sunsets were gorgeous and the bike paths were great. We enjoyed biking to Crystal Lake, a trip to Sleeping Bear Dunes, a visit to Gwen Frostic, golf and various music within Franklin. I would recommend this property and the owners were very gracious
