Sleeps six using 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms plus a den with large sofa bed and privacy doors.
A rare direct beach front unit with wrap-around screened porch giving prefect unobstructed views of the gulf and pool! One of the closest units to the beach on Sanibel and only a few yards from the pool. Parking is so close you can walk to your car barefoot on a hot day. Only a short bike ride (less than 2 miles) to supermarket, stores and restaurants. Just minutes from the causeway.
When you are this close to the beach and with such an unobstructed view, the lower you are, the better. Top floors are great if you need height to see over other buildings and trees, but this means you have a longer trip to haul groceries and luggage. This 2nd floor unit is the best of all worlds - a perfect view without the work.
And it's not just the view of the beach. The South porch opens to the beach and the West porch opens to the pool only a few yards away.

*****The Sundial Resort Hotel is next door and is not associated with this unit (E201) or the Sundial Condominium Association. The hotel owns, controls access, and charges a high fee for use of any of its own facilities. These include golf, tennis, spa and exercise room, and its own private pool and children's programs.
This unit is on the second floor. Accessible by elevator or two flights of stairs with 7 steps per flight. The Unit's front door is only ten feet from the top step. Automobile parking is unassigned. Some parking spaces are at the foot of these same stairs.
See photos for landscaping. There are three public barbecue grills. Chaise lounges and umbrellas set up around shared pool. See photos. Both the pool and the beach are VERY close.
South porch is ten yards from beach. There are not many units anywhere in the world this close to the ocean and so easy to walk to. This is a very clean shelled beach which stretches for many miles.
Airport is about a 45 minute drive using wide flat smooth highways passing by many shopping centers and restaurants. There is a $6 fee to use the causeway (round trip). There are NO EXTRA FEES for use of the pool, barbque grills, internet, cable tv, use of the beach,
parking, or local phone calls.
The Sundial Beach & Golf Resort
is next door.
They have their own facilities and charge a significant fee for use of any of them.
THEY CHARGE for use of their tennis, golf, spa, pool and entertainment offerings.
I could sit on our couch just enjoying the view, even though that's not my style. I love the change of pace, the calming, relaxing sounds of the water, and the spectacular view from our windows. We chose this unit from among a selection of about 15 meeting our criteria. There were several that were lovely--but none as perfect for us as this one. We hear the Gulf waves gently rolling in as we work at our computers, sit at our dining table, and drift off to sleep in the evenings. The views are
