Beautiful newly remodeled home in the Ahwatukee Foothills area with pool and mountain views. You will have a wonderful time staying in this beautiful home, going out to dinner, the movies, the casino, hiking, mountain biking, shopping, the park or just relaxing in front of the TV. This home is located behind Sun Ray park and within 10 minutes driving to the casino. You can ride your bike to trails on south mountain in 15 minutes. There are many golf courses and many resturants. The home is 15 minutes from Rawhide Western villiage. The home is located 7 minutes from I10. The home is located near several medical facilities.

We enjoyed our stay at this home. The house is very clean and everything inside is new. The owner was easy to work with and responded quickly to our inquiries. The neighborhood is nice and quiet.We loved the views in the back yard and easy access to the park. We will be renting this home again.
