This well-maintained 2000 square-foot home is located on 390-acre, all sports Birch Lake, may be the cleanest lake in the lower peninsula. Wonderful west facing sunset view off two large decks with portable fire pit. The dock has a large seating area, and the beach has a shallow sandy bottom, great for water volleyball, etc.

Four bedrooms - one with King bed, two with two twin beds, and the dormer has five twin beds.

Large kitchen, dining room, living room, and family room all with great views of the lake. Please, No pets - No smoking.

Less than 2 hr drive from Chicago.

This lake house is a fantastic place to vacation! Our family stayed here for a week a few summers ago and had the time of our life. The house is clean and very nice. The deck is awesome, with a tree built into it to allow shade without obstructing the best sunset views you could ask for. The firepit on the deck is great for relaxing with a glass of wine or roasting hotdogs. The bedroom upstairs is perfect for kids with room for many and it even has a bathroom for them to use. Fishing is excellent right off the dock! Birch lake is the best lake in the entire southwest michigan area, very clean, quiet and perfect for skiing and tubing as there are no sandbars or shallows areas offshore to worry about. You will not be disappointed if you vacation here!
