• Rates do not include 6% state or 5% motel tax. ;
  All rates are based on single or double occupancy with additional persons at 30.00 per night.;
  Children 5 and under are free,over 5 years of age 5.00 additional per night.;
  A deposit of 25% or one night's stay which ever is greater, is required. ;
  Cash,check,Mastercard,Visa,American Express and Discover are accepted. ;
  Balance is due on arrival. Check in is a 2 p.m. and checkout is at 10 a.m.
• Cancellation notice is due 45 days in advance of arrival.;
  All refunds will be subject to a 50.00 processing fee. ;
  No refunds for early checkout. Small pets are welcome with a 60.00 cleaning fee.;
  Minimum stay is 3 nights. Rates may change without notice.;
  Damages beyond normal wear and tear will be billed to your credit card.
