The cottage is in walking distance to the beach and is suitable for families with small children or adults who need some R&R. There are many activities in the area for children including a carousel two streets over, ice cream shops, and gift shops. There are theme parks within an hour including a Quarry with zip lining. Adults can relax and find activities such as wineries, museums, and art studios among some of the activities. Small boat rentals, kayak rentals, and jet ski rentals in the area.

Vintage Old Lyme Beach House. 3 walking blocks to private Old Colony Beach. 2 Bedrooms. First bedroom is furnished with a Full Size bed. Second bedroom has a bunk with a trundle. Sleeps 2 adults and 2-3 children comfortably. Home is fully furnished with micro, stove, fridge, outdoor gas grill, toaster, blender, coffee maker. Four beach chairs and a Nantucket Beach Cart are provided. Also included is Cable TV, Internet, DVD/VCR player. Summer activities abound in this area. Seaports, Wineries, Theme Parks, Casino's, Shopping, Outlet Malls, Thimble Island Tours, Block Island, CT River Tours, Kayak rentals nearby, Ivoryton Playhouse, and more. Maximum accommodation is 2 adults and 2-3 children. Maximum car accommodation is 2 automobiles. Towels, Pillows, linens and blankets are not provided. No smoking. NO pets. Weekly Rentals only. We do not offer daily rates. Personal cell phone is suggested, there is not a house phone available.

Each bedroom has at least one dresser, hooks for hanging clothes, shelf for shoes.Linens, pillows, towels, and blankets are not provided. It is the policy to present a clean cottage for guests and for the guests to clean the cottage before check out so that the cottage is ready for the next guest. If the cottage is damaged or unclean, the security deposit will be used by the landlord as needed. Landlord will supply cleaning supplies and a check list for departure to ensure that tenant has the supplies needed for their entire security deposit to be returned.
