Dorset Vacation Rental cottage: North Chideock, Bridport

This is a small, quiet holiday cottage complex, on the outskirts of the village of Chideock, set in a hollow by Winniford Stream and surrounded by rolling farmland. A mile inland off the main road, it is quiet and peaceful but also a convenient spot from which to explore the Jurassic Coast, including the nearby town of Lyme Regis and other places of interest in Dorset, Devon and Somerset. The nearest beach is two miles away, with several other beaches within easy reach by car. There are many miles of delightful footpaths to explore, including the fine coastal path with its breathtaking views. The spacious and comfortable cottages are located in middle of countryside. There is a large, attractive garden, which is great for relaxing or playing in at any time of day. The garden also houses a games room, which is equipped for all ages from toddler to adult. There is ample parking in the drive. Japanese food is available by request. 32' TV with Free-Sat and DVD players are at each cottages.

We have a fifth studio cottage which comprises one room only plus a small bathroom and sleeps a maximum of 2 people. This tiny but comfortable and well-equipped cottage is ideal for a couple or for grandparents holidaying with their family in one of the other units. The studio has a well-equipped kitchen area with breakfast bar and stools. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and basin. There is a comfortable sofa 32” flat screen TV with Free Sat, and DVD player. Sleeping is an a single bed divan which pulls out to make a double bed. – this can be left out or pushed back each day. The folding bed can be available for this cottage though the space is restricted. No pets, smokers or children in this cottage. Short breaks available except in peak season.
