BRONTE & BONDI (sleeps up to 8 people combined)
Absolute beach front standalone two level fully self-contained villas with 180 degree views from every room and a large entertaining deck plus separate cliff edge deck. Main level is open plan kitchen living dining area with bathroom with internal laundry. There is a queen size day bed on this level for extra guests, on the top floor is one bedroom with vaulted ceilings and a queen size bed (has enough room for a cot). Bondi and Bronte can sleep up to four people each.
LIFESAVER (sleeps up to 5 people combined)
These two self-contained adjoining villas are absolute beach front with views to die for and have large entertaining decks that flow directly onto a manicured lawn with direct beach access. Lifesaver has the addition of a 2nd level with an extra King size bed that can also be split into two single beds plus there is also a third single bed on this level. This allows Lifesaver to sleep a family of five or two couples.
TAMARAMA (perfect for 2 people)
This self-contained villa is absolute beach front with views to die for. A large entertaining deck flows directly onto a manicured lawn with direct beach access. Tamarama is perfect for a couple with an open plan kitchen living dining layout and one bedroom with queen size bed. There is a full bathroom and separate laundry, all linen and bedding is provided. Topping off you also have your own cliff edge deck over looking the beach.
LAILA’S BEACH HOUSE (perfect for 5 people)
This main house, which features a light filled, modern, family sized upper duplex with ocean views is fully equipped for a family with large open plan living, dining kitchen area that flows onto a large Queenslander style wrap around deck. There is two bedrooms, main with queen, 2nd with 2x singles and two bathrooms. There is also a third single bed/day bed in the living area and we can also remove one of the single beds in the 2nd bedroom to accommodate a cot if needed. This property is perfect for a family beach style holiday with lots of room, it also has its own beach front two person deck on the main front lawn with direct beach access.
BEACH BELLES (perfect for 4 people)
Situated at the north west corner of the property, Beach Belles is not beach front but is only 10metres away with direct access, this stylish cottage is very popular. It features two separate modules, one with two bedrooms, King and two singles with joining bathroom, the other module is an open plan living dining kitchen area that flows onto an entertaining deck. There is also an outdoor spa and shower with the whole property surrounded by tropical gardens. The property also has its own beach front area with sweeping views north up the beach, perfect for afternoon drinks watching the amazing sunsets to the west.
Byron Bay enjoys warm summers and mild winters. On Summer days the temperature ranges from 20–28°C (68–82°F), while in Winter the temperature falls between 12–19°C (53–66°F). To ensure you pack exactly what you will need, ensure you check the forecast online before you arrive.
Make your way on foot from your accommodation to Belongil Beach, a place regarded by many as one of Australia’s best beaches owing to its pristine sands and clear blue waters. It is also dog friendly, and the most northern end is ‘clothing optional’. The “Wollongbar Wreck” also lies off the beach and is a popular snorkelling spot, that also creates a good surf break.
Other beaches in the area include, Tallows, Cosy, Little Wategos, The Pass, Clarks, and Main beach. Each offer beach-goers something different from secret secluded spots, to the popular and patrolled.
Bluewater on the Beach is ideally positioned close to several National Parks and Nature Reserves, making it the perfect base for those keen to visit and explore some magnificent natural attractions. The World Heritage listed Mount Warning and Nightcap National Parks Park and Arakwal National Park are all captivating places to explore and peaceful spots to relax. You will need a car to visit these, so either bring your own or hire one in town.
Julian Rocks, located only 10 minutes by dive boat from Byron Bay’s main beach, is regarded as one of the most prolific fish dives in the world owing to its amazing diversity and abundance of fish life. Over 1,000 species of tropical, temperate and pelagic fish have been recorded. It also plays home to dolphins, Manta Rays, Leopard Sharks, Grey Nurse Sharks and three species of turtles. Located in the Byron Bay town centre, Pro Dive can help assist novices and the experienced with all aspects of their dive.

Byron Bay affords the visitor a plethora of delicious dining options, from casually cool and laid back cafes, to fine dining restaurants for special occasions. The surrounding area is home to a host of providores, who on the 1st and 3rd Sunday of each month bring their fares to the Byron Bay market. At night, venture into the town for laidback drinks at the Beach Hotel, hear live music at the Great Northern, or dance the night away at one of the many bars.
