Little Burns St is a new luxurious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa with a pool located in the centre of Byron, just a short walk to the beach & town. This villa comfortably sleeps 4 - 5 guests with extra baby or young child.
Every little detail has been thought of at Little Burns St providing a wonderfully comfortable feel in an exceptional location just 700 metres from the beach and 300 metres from Byron’s main street. The property also overlooks thousands of acres of grasslands and forest stretching to the Byron hinterland, a perfect mix of beach, town and country. It is also very quiet at night as this part of town is a dead end, with no through traffic.
The entire villa area is very private, the pool area and expansive deck are all for your exclusive use. The owners live in the separate front home, but no windows or rooms overlook your area, so you won’t see or hear them at all (and vice versa). Little Burns St was built 2.5 years ago and is still in near new condition as it has been extremely well maintained.
Little Burns St is a luxurious yet relaxed holiday retreat with the highest design standards in classic weatherboard style matching the architecture of Byrons original homes. Enjoy the solar heated plunge pool, the 80 square metres of covered outdoor living areas & luxury amenities at home, or take the short walk to the beach, into town or to the Farmers Markets which run every Thursday offering excellent locally grown produce.
Enjoy all the luxury inclusions... LCD flat screen TV's, Austar HD pay TV with MyStar/IQ, DVD, iPod docking station, quality cotton sheets, pillows, fluffy towels and bath robes. The fist bedroom has a King bed and the second bedroom can be set-up as either a King or 2 Singles. Both bedrooms have matching spacious ensuites with bath-tubs. The kitchen is well appointed and stocked, sitting in the heart of the home looking out into the lounge and beyond to the deck and pool area.
PLEASE NOTE: Little Burns St is located in a residential area, we are very conscious of excessive noise both day & night.
