This second floor duplex is located on the narrow portion of Ocean City making for a VERY short walk to both the ocean and the bay. The interior living area offers a vaulted ceiling and modern fireplace with sliding glass doors on either side. These features combined with a kitchen that opens to both the dining and living areas invites gatherings and a feeling of togetherness. A more private deck off of the master bedroom creates a notable breeze and is great for those who prefer a more natural air flow option to the central air conditioning. Recently updated with a new comfy sectional and flat screen TV with 200 cable channels/DVD and WIFI are provided for your entertainment.. Three bedrooms just painted and updated. Ceiling fans are located in each room. Central air and heat. Washer and dryer in utility area. Outside shower. Bicycle, drive or take the bus or trolley (June & July) to the board walk and shopping. Corsin Inlet, a beautiful natural refuge is close by.

Notes: This unit has two decks on the front and back that are fiberglass....the front deck has a awning for sun protections. A modest charcoal grill is available in the common area next to the driveway in the back. There is also a common outside shower that is shared with the first floor duplex to rinse of sand after a day at the beach.
