Complete Luxury!!! Coconut Grove is South Florida's historic Avante Garde neighborhood. Our luxurious (900 sq. ft) condo is a 1 bedroom with 2 full bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Marble floors are throughout the apartment with big windows facing a balcony. The bedroom area has a King size bed with pillow-top mattress. The dining area has 4 chairs and can expand for more room. There is a desk with bookcase and wireless high speed internet. Both bathrooms feature a shower panel with massage shower heads. It includes covered assigned parking with 24 hour security.

You are just steps from the restaurants and shops and under two blocks away from the well known Cocowalk. Walk to the nearby bay, theatres, fitness center, spas, movie theatres, and attractions.

This completely furnished condo is for the leisurely traveler or corporate individuals. All the comforts of home are here. Just bring your toothbrush.

Coconut Grove is one of Miami's most pedestrian friendly zones. The Grove's wide sidewalk, lined with cafes and boutiques provide hours of browsing pleasure. Enjoy a meal or sip a drink sitting by the marina or tour on of our many attractions.The attractions are numerous from scuba diving, sailing, theatres, International Art Festival in Februrary, sunbathing on the beach to sightseeing on a boat.

We are conveniently near the Miami International Airport, Village Of Merrick Park in Coral Gables (an outdoor mall with restaurants and shops), Bayside Market place in Downtown Miami (where you can take a boat tour, shop or eat ), go to nearby Miami Seaquarium in Key Biscayne and book a tour to swim with the dolphins or take a helicopter tour in Key Biscayne and view some beautiful mansions or drive to Key West and spent a day or two. The Miami weather is great and the people are truly interesting......
