This is a beautiful, brand new villa, completed late in 2007 and never before rented. It has a wonderful location in the very private and quiet hill top location of Bon Aire. Bon Aire is on the opposite side of Pollensa bay to Puerto Pollensa and overlooks directly the famous Hotel Formentor. The villa has private swimming pool, 3 bedrooms, hot and cold air-conditioning, car parking, small outside terrace ( perfect for dining out) and fully fitted kitchen with laundry facilities. All the furniture, beds, fixtures and fittings are new At the bottom of the hill is the charming small port and famous 'Crocodillo' restaurant along with a supermarket, a couple of bars and restaurants and of course the sea. The shops and restaurants of the lovely old town of Alcudia are just 5 minutes by car and the lively bars, sea front cafes and nightlife of Puerto Alcudia are just 10 minutes by car. Puerto Pollensa is a very scenic 12 minute drive along the sea front.

The Villa is located at the top of the Bon Aire urbanisation on an exclusive development of 16 villas. It is very quiet and private - 200 metres away is a property that is currently on the market for 30 million euros!!! For those who want peace and tranquillity, but without isolation and within a few minutes drive of smart bars and restaurants then the location is perfect. The location looks down on Pollensa Bay and is surrounded by an abundance of natural greenery. The bars, restaurants of Bon Aire are within 10 minutes walking distance , but a car is recommended for a weeks stay. There is a small supermarket - open in the summer - close to the marina in Bon Aire. The road to Bon Aire is from Alcudia old town - approximately 5 minutes by car. Alcudia is a wonderful ' walled ' ancient town with wonderful shops, restaurants and bars - even a bull fight. Full directions will be supplied at the time of booking.
