Itacimirim Village on the northern coast of Bahia, 30 steps from the best beach (cove at low tide). Newly built and was delivered in December 2011. The Village has 106 square meters (rarity) and consists of a balcony (15 meters), 03 suites all with split 9. 000 BTU's, plus a toilet, living room, kitchen and bathroom desktop. The bathrooms of the suites have luxury shower and electric shower. In the area outside the Village has adult pool, kiddie pool, barbecue and bar with frezzer and hob, gazebo, playground and deck. Each apartment has 02 private parking spaces. The village was built to accommodate up to 10 people comfortably so well. One of the suites has a queen bed and a trundle bed, allowing a maximum of three people (01 couples and a child, for example). The second suite has a double bed (02 adults), the third suite has 02 bicamas, allowing a maximum of 04 children or 04 adults or 02 teenagers and 02 children. In the room we have a sofa bed for one more person has furniture: living room (dining table for 07 people), home, kitchen, bedrooms and balcony (table for 04 people and sofa for three people). All kitchen utensils, stove, freezer, refrigerator, 2 TVs and a 40 inch. and another in the nursery, DVD. Bedding and bath for 10 people compatible. No pet is allowed in the apartment. We provide linens and towels.
