Good, but not great.

This is a tough review to write. The house itself is beautiful, inside and out. The bedrooms, bathrooms etc. are wonderful.
The outdoor jacuzzi was apparently broken by a prior group, of which we weren't notified. This was an enormous let down, as it was the key point for why we chose this property initially. When we called the owner about it, she suggested we take baths in the master bathroom - which is laughable if not insulting.
The internet speeds were dismal with unreliable network access at best. For some people in my group who had work to do online, this created a legitimate problem.
Heres something even crazier - there were parental controls set on the TV, so we couldn't watch any movies or shows with a PG-13 rating or higher. When we called the owner, she said it must have been from a previous group, and cest la vie'.
The cardio equipment felt unsafe during use.
The pool table had only one, miniature cue. The ping pong table was nice, albeit paddles were falling apart.
While those things may not seem like deal breakers (and they're not, aside from the Jacuzzi) - they were all things my group was very very excited to be able to use, and was disappointed.
Also, we found underwear from a previous guest in one of the beds - alerting the owners received a simple, "sorry, it happens" kind of response.
All things considered - while we did like the property itself (location is perfect, shuttles to the mountain are excellent, and the things that did work, worked very well) I can't say we would rent this property again, and likely due to the owners apathetic attitude to us while we were there.

Owner's Response: During the ski-season when we have same-day turnovers, it is impossible to have a technician out to the house within the hour to fix a hot-tub when the weather is so cold. We were told that it would take a few days of above-freezing temperatures in order to be able to fix it. I did suggest that there was a jacuzzi in the master-bedroom, which might help tired muscles from skiing, and I really don´t understand what is so laughable about that, as in the circumstances the hot-tub simply wasn´t working. The tech said that someone left off the cover all night despite several warnings about the place not to, in sub-zero temperatures and it simply couldn´t cope. Also we ourselves go down as soon as the guests leave and strip all the beds, so that when the cleaning crew arrive, the sheets are already in the two washers, being washed in good detergent and bleach with three rinses, as we are scrupulous about this for the health of the house/guests.
