If your famiy needs more privacy for sleeping, we have an additional bedroom and bathroom on the main floor. It sleeps 1-4 with 2 Queen beds. There is an additional charge for this room.

The Washougal area is known for its majestic beauty and is the Gateway to the Columbia River Gorge. There are endless possibilities for recreation. Lacamas Park is within walking distance and offers 1-3 mile loop options for hikers and bikers.
The Washougal river is 2 miles away and is a summertime party of swimmers and floaters. The Columbia River is within 5 miles and ready for swimmers, kayakers, and boaters, along with a level trail for everyone. Lacamas lake offers a 3.5 mile one-way trail along the shore and is well travelled by joggers and walkers.
2 golf courses are within 10 minutes and provide excellent values. My friend who golfs says the Washougal course is her favorite and a great deal!
Within 30 minutes, you can tour one of the top scenic roads in the country, according to Rand McNally. Unforgetable natural beauty with towering waterfalls, forests, cliffs, canyons, graceful bridges, and all the history to go with it! Famous Multnomah Falls is only 40 minutes away. If you left your tennis shoes at home, you could entertain yourself with many wineries in the area.
Conveniently located 20 minutes from Portland Oregon, you will experience all the exciting and unique attractions in the Pacific Northwest. Zoos, museums, food carts, shopping, Voodoo Donuts, OMSI, all intertwined with urban bike paths. We suggest MAX lightrail to explore Portland.
And let's not forget charming downtown Camas just minutes away. It's like walking in a Norman Rockwell painting where time is turned back and mature trees cover main street and unique shops of all kinds including a huge antique boutique.

Policies
Damage Deposit (Refundable)
A $250 damage deposit due at check in by check or with credit card on paypal. It will be refunded to you within 3 days of your departure if there are no damages.
Deposit & Guarantee
Your 25% deposit guarantees your reservation. The balance is due 30 days prior to check in. Upon receiving your full payment, we will send you directions for entering the home. If you fail to make payment on time, Gibson Getaway B&B is free to rent to another party.
Cleaning Fee
A $50-$75 Cleaning fee is non-refundable.
Cancellation Policy
In the event you need to cancel, we require at least 30 days notice for a full refund. Late cancellations will forfeit their 25% deposit. If we are able to rent to someone else, it may be possible to get a full refund. If you decide to leave earlier than expected, any payments made are non-refundable.
Smoking Policy
No smoking allowed in the home. It is ok to smoke in the beautiful landscaped yard away from the doors and windows.
Pets
Being current on vaccinations, well groomed, and good mannered dogs are allowed. If left unattended, they must be crated.
Housekeeping
Since you have your own washer/dryer, there is no housekeeping provided. If you would like to order housekeeping, it is an additional $50.

Guests of B&B only. No additional guests are allowed.
Quiet Hours
Please be respectful in this residential neighborhood. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. – 7 a.m.
Release of Liability If anyone in rental party is injured or has an accident while visiting the Gibson Getaway Bed & Breakfast, renter releases all liability to the Gibson Getaway Bed & Breakfast and the personal owners, Kevin and Lois Gibson.
By paying this invoice, renter agrees to the terms of this contract.
