The house has a nicely front lawned garden with a driveway leading to a garage. Entering through the front door, there is a fully equipped kitchen including washing machine and dishwasher, open plan living room with a colour television and a fireplace to make it warm and cosy during the cooler months. There are 2 double bedrooms (1 en-suite) and 1 bedroom with double bunk beds ideal for 4 children. There is a well-appointed family bathroom next to these. At the rear of the house there is terrace with a 10 m X 4 m Pool, garden and BBQ area. For walking enthusiasts there are miles of cliff-top paths, while further a field a wealth of secluded coves and beaches can be found. This villa is perfect for those looking for privacy, peace and relaxation.

Set on the residential area within the Costa Vincentina National Park, this beautiful, villa offers distance views of the sea. Three of the best of the west coast’s gorgeous, unspoilt beaches lie less than 3 km away ( Arrifana, Monte Clerigo, Amoreira ) whilst the local town of Aljezur is a short, 10 minute drive. There, most facilities are available including shops, restaurants, banks, post office and cash machines.
