A beautifully furnished Villa on an exclusive gated community and close to all you need for a wonderful family holiday. As well as our lovely pool area with spa we have a gamesroom kitted out with a Pool Table, a Foosball Table and a fun family electronic basketball game. There are also 4 bikes for your use - Calabay Parc at Tower Lake is a beautifully kept development and a very safe place for all the family to cycle. Just 10-15 minutes from Disney and 35 minutes from Orlando International Airport our villa is also just a few minutes away from all your holiday needs (Walmart Supercentre, Fast Food outlets, video store and much more). The spacious lounge has TV, DVD and selection of family DVDs and patio doors leading straight out to the pool. For the little ones safety the pool is surrounded by a safety fence. The villa is fully air conditioned and outside the covered seating area also has a fan to help you cool down.

Our lovely villa in Calabay Parc at Tower Lake is situated just off Highway 27, just 5 minutes from junction 55 on I4. As soon as you're on I4 the Theme Parks are very easy to find - Disney World being closest (within 10mins from Junction 55) and Universal and International Drive Area just another 10 mins away. If you are a keen golfer there are numerous courses for all abilities, all just minutes drive from the villa. For everyday necessities both Walmart and Publix as well as others are within a few minutes drive. Shopping Malls and Cinema are also available on Highway 27, again just 10-15 mins from the villa.

  • Pool Heating is recommended for bookings between the months of October and March. This is charged at £120 per week.

Notes: Dining Room seats 6 and there is further seating for 4 in the breakfast area in the kitchen. Outside there is a table and 4 chairs and also 2 sun loungers. Pool Heating is also available on request. Laundry room has Washing machine, Tumble Dryer, Iron and Ironing Board. Internet Access is also available - Wireless Broadband. The property has a telephone which gives free calls within the USA, Canada and Puerto Rico. An International Calling Card is recommended for guests wishing to call outside these countries - these can be bought for around $20 USD and can be used from mobile/cell phones or home phone. There is a BBQ for your use, but we do ask that it is cleaned after use and left in the same way that you find it as there may be a charge for cleaning it.

Shopping: There are many shopping malls and outlet centres in the area, all within 20 minutes drive. Eagle Ridge Mall which is on US 27 is 10 minutes away - here you will find Sears, Dillards, Toys 'r' Us and many more. There is also a multi-screen cinema here. The famous Orlando Premium Outlets are situated just off I4, and you will find all the big names at outlet prices. Others such as Florida Mall and Lake Buena Vista outlets are also worth a visit. For everyday items you will find Publix, Walmart and Winn Dixie all within 2 mins drive. There are good family places to eat right throughout the area - a very popular local spot is Manny's Chophouse which is on US 27 just 3 mins from the villa.

Golf: The closest Golf Course is located beside Calabay Parc - Southern Dunes is one of the best public Golf Courses in Orlando and was in the Top 10 in the State of Florida voted by Golf Week. There are many other courses close by including Champions Gate Resort, Ridgewood Lakes and Faldo Institute which is just off International Drive. Theme Parks: All the Disney Parks are within a 15 minute drive from Calabay Parc. You will also find Downtown Disney which has all you need for an evening out including Cirque de Soliel (Highly Recommended) Multi Screen Cinema, Virgin Megastore, Bars, Clubs, Disney's Rainforest Cafe and much more. Universals Parks are a further 5-10 mins on I4 and again they have City walk for your night-time entertainment. If you are looking for a quieter park, Cypress Gardens is a tranquil place which has great rides for the smaller people in the family - they also have a water ski show which is fun for all to see. You will find Cypress Gardens in Winter Haven, again just about 15 minutes from Haines City. Busch Gardens, Tampa is about an hours drive.

Just a quick line to say thank you for the use of your lovely villa.

It was very clean, very comfortable and well equipped. Everything we needed was there for a relaxing retreat after long and hectic days at the theme parks. It is a pleasant and quiet, gated community which was minutes from the I-4. All the major attractions were under 20 mins away. We even managed a game of golf at Southern Dunes which is only 2 mins away. They were very friendly and helpful and the course was fantastic. Also because you are slightly more south than the last villa we stayed in, it actually made it easier to get to the I-4. Tampa and Busch Gardens were also closer. Also we drove 30 minutes south into central Florida and discovered some great old towns, lakes and beaches. It gave us a far better feel to a less commercialised Florida. Definitely worth spending a day exploring the area.

The owners also provided great customer service and always replied to any e-mail questions very promptly.

Home from home - real luxury!

We had a wonderful stay in this lovely villa, with two couples and our 4 children. It was beautifully decorated, spacious (even with the 8 of us!) spotless, well furnished with everything we needed. The kids loved the games room and the pool was great for chilling out after a hard day at the parks! A huge selection of TV channels also helps with kids, (although instructions for the TV setup would be helpful) as did the board games / cards etc supplied. Wireless broadband for our laptop was great for keeping in touch, emails etc. As mentioned by another reviewer, a couple more pots / pans would be handy, but this wasn't a big issue.
A special mention to the master bedroom's en-suite- wow! There were a lot of stores and food places nearby (couple of minutes drive) including a huge wallmart. It's about 24 miles from Disney, but as it's highway all the way, this only took around 20 mins - about the same as from I-drive. Great value and cheaper than Kissimee area.
All in all, highly recommended and we'd never go back to a hotel again when revisiting Orlando. On a personal note, the owners were pleasant, very helpful and even sent a thank you card after the rental.

Fantastic stay in the Orlando area

We are a family of five from Norway which rented this wonderful home for two weeks in March/April 2009. In addition we had a visiting familiy with two children for somedays. We had a fantastic stay. This was a house where we felt like home. The kids would often rather stay at the house and play pool, basketball or snorkel in the pool than go to the parks. Our boys had a blast and they were active from dawn to dusk. The house was ideal it was in a quiet private housing area, and there is only a few minutes drive to Wal Mart. The home had a jacuzzi something I would say is a must if you plan to travel in March. I would strongly recommend this home.

having rented villas before i know that thay are the best way to stay
This place had it all it is close to shop and places to eat
and not too far to drive to the parks.
Once the family got there it was hard to make them leave.
If you like to cook there is a lack of cooking pots and pans
not enough to cook for 10 . villa very clean

Booked this house over the Easter period (2008). Shared house with another family who also had 2 kids. The children shared the two twin rooms and the adults had the 2 en-suite rooms.
The house was ideal in its own private housing area, only 1 or 2 miles from the nearest "Wallmart". It is situated right in the heart of Florida and very handy for all tourist attractions.
The house is very comfortable and well laid out and decorated. It has its own pool and jacuzzi which may be heated for your comfort. After a long day acting as a tourist it was brilliant to come back and relax in a warm/hot pool and especially the jacuzzi.
The games room provides a pool table, dart board and a dual basketball game. There are also 2 adult bicycles and 2 kids bicycles to use.
The people who own this house have certainly made a huge effort to make your stay enjoyable and I thoroughly reccommend it.
