Cape Coral House Rental Photos and Description
Everyday Is Like A Boat Parade
You need not walk out to the boat dock to enjoy the gorgeous water view. Immediately upon opening the front door the water view will captivate your attention. Bring your own boat or rent one here locally......
Cape Coral has more navigable canals than any other city in the world!!! That is why they call it 'The Waterfront Wonderland' and with the views from this home - which is located on one of the most traveled canals coming out to the river leading to The Gulf of Mexico......Every day is like watching a boat parade!!!
This adorable and affordable 2 bedroom, 2 bath Vacation Rental Home - Located just off the Caloosahatchee River on intersecting canals is a mere 4 minutes to the river. The home is fully furnished and just minutes from shopping, beaches, islands and more. Rented by the week or month with utilities included. No extra fees for guests up to 6. We just finished renovations and this is new to the vacation market in 2012, it is freshly painted, has new floor covering, new furnishings and ready for the New Year!!!
The views of the boat traffic from this home are stunning!!! Located on the main canal - several dozen boats of all shapes and sizes pass each day, a launching ramp is nearby. Easy access to shopping, restaurants, hospitals, beaches, islands, day tripping or whatever, many amenities are convenient to this location.
Easy access via the Mid Point Bridge to the SW Florida International Airport within 25 minutes. Sanibel Island via the Cape Coral Bridge is within 20 minutes. Restaurants, doctors, services and shopping is at the end of the street, it would be difficult to find a more convenient location.

Why Debra Johnson Shuey chose Cape Coral
The first time I walked through the front door..... I was in love with the view. A very large boat was going by and did a full turn to head out to sea.
What makes this house unique
This home is near boat ramps and is just minutes to the Caloosahatchee River. It is located on a main canal with a view that will entertain you all day. Eagles perch out on the docks and trees.
