5 bedrooms, 4.5 baths sleeps 12 -16

This is a new beachhouse just steps from the beach, with great views of the ocean. We have beach access with a walkover.We also have a shared pool, shared with 2 other houses,on the bay we have a private pier, with a gazebo, with picknick table, benches to relax on, boat slips. You can fish, or just relax and enjoy the view.

This is a special place in that ocean and bay are only 400ft apart. This house is only 150ft from the beach just steps away. The house still under construction, with a completion date of April 1st. It will have 5 bdr, 4.5 bths. It will ceramic tile floors, granite counter top, lots of crown moulding, very, very nice.

This is a new house in a special location, in that its only about 400 ft between the ocean and bay.You can sunbath on the beach, or fish on your own pier, with a covered gazebo with picknick table, and benches to relax on.It also has a boat slip. It has golf coures nearby, jet skiing, paragliding,waterparks, amusement parks,and many mores activities, and recreational places.

We were a large group, two families with 10 kids between us. This house was perfect. Plenty of space and so close to the ocean and docks! House was immaculate! Beautiful view of ocean. Great for families.

What a WONDERFUL place to stay!
We had 13 adults and 4 children and PLENTY of room. The house was wonderful and spacious ! We had 5 more of our family that stayed at the Lighthouse that came to visit a couple of times on the last couple of days we were there. The website pictures do not give it justice! We really enjoyed the balconies and the carport . Can't wait to go back, we want to make it a Spring and Fall Break getaway for our family. We are hoping to be able to rent Tide Together and the new house "Daniel's Beach house" or whatever they decide for the name and bring more family next time!

I lost my husband every morning, and quickly realized I could find him on the beach. The "pet" fox came through every morning so that we could throw fig newtons down for him to eat and also enjoyed watching him bury them along the fence. The next renters just need to know to move really slow when you are feeding the fox (around 6am) or you will scare him off.

We had 6 adults and 7 kids and it was a perfect fit for our needs. Steps away from beach, easy to get to. House was clean and well taken care off. We will be back.

I would highly recommend this beautiful property for a large group to stay in. The size of the house is impressive and easily accomidated our group of 9 adults. The online description of the house is very accurate. It was very clean and well kept. The beach and pool were just a very short walk from the house. We had the most wonderful time in Gulf Shores and we can't wait to come back. I hope to stay in this home again. Boyd was great and very easy to get in touch with if I had any questions.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children
