A well equipped, bright and tastefully furnished self catering villa ideal for a family holiday located in a residential area midway between El Campello and Benidorm. The villa makes an ideal, comfortable holiday rental option for up to 6 people near to a pleasant sandy cove, the cosmopolitan city of Alicante and for night-life lovers the delights of Benidorm.The villa comprises of a master bedroom with full en-suite bathroom and 2 further bedrooms one with a double bed and one with 2 singles. There is a separate shower room and a light and airy living/dining room with breakfast bar and will equipped kitchen. The property has 2 patio areas, a larger one adjoining the pool area with patio furniture and loungers and the upper terrace area with patio furniture to seat 6, so ideal for al- fresco dining. The views from all the balconies and the top sun terrace are stunning. The villa has air conditioning, table tennis/small pool/subuteo tables, TV(basic SAT package), DVD and a games console

The villa is midway between El campello and Villajoyosa. El Campello has a wonderful promenade, beach and delightful marina area with many bars and restaurants. El Campello has resisted the lure of mass tourism and with its unpretentious air, this resort is perfect for both couples and families alike. Also from here you can take a boat trip to the Island of Tarbarca which is a marine reserve so great for diving and snorkelling. There is a small coastal railway which is a 15 minute walk from the villa which provides an ideal option for car free days out, the service runs from Alicante to Denia. You can visit the many pleasant coastal towns such as Altea, a favourite haunt for artists with a weekly market. Villajoyosa has been voted one of the most picturesque towns on the Costa Blanca. The close knit colourful houses provide a typical example of an old Spanish fishing town and with the night-life of Benidorm and the cosmopolitan city of Alicante also on your doorstep.

Firstly to be fair to future guests I must mention the steps. From the street there are 20 steps to the first level (pool) and then a further 20 to the living area. The steps will not be a problem for everyone but when lugging cases up 40 steps this can be a shock on arrival. The villa itself is highly recommended, The cleanliness was first class and it was very well equiped. We felt very comfortable and secure here and it is situated in a lovely area with beautiful views. The villa managers were really friendly and helpful with directions.
The pool was fabulous, great size and very very clean.
Despite the steps to the property the overall experience was fantastic and we would return. I would recommend this property as it one of the best we have stayed in.
We chose to book our flights with Bmi Baby which were great and booked a car online which we collected from Alicante airport. Everything went very smoothly and we will look forward to hopefully using the villa in the future.
Owner's Response: The villa is in an elevated position so affords panoramic views but access is via 2 flights of external steps which is menioned on the website so people are aware of this before arrival. Once inside the villa all the accommodation is on one level.
