The area surrounding this beautiful lodge setting has unique private and state owned land for hunting small game, upland birds, and deer. Our hunting party had the privilege of staying at the lodge for a part of the 2011 Michigan firearms deer season.
The accomodations were exceptional and the facilities are a unique blend of rustic beauty and comfort. The setting on a private lake and the quiet privacy of this ranch are the best of outdoor beauty that Michigan has to offer. The owners are very accomodating and gracious. The property is well cared for and will not disappoint you during your stay.
Our party of 9 hunters was very comfortable in the lodge with plenty of room to spare. We thoroughly enjoyed the warm indoor wood burning fireplace insert and the porch overlooking the lake is a great place to sit and have a cigar after a day's hunt.
I would highly recommend this property for anyone seeking a top quality vacation rental experience,
