Tiled throughout. New kitchen in open plan living area. 2 bedrooms. Main with queen bed. 2nd bedroom with Tri-Bunk (Double on bottom, single on top) New bathroom with shower, vanity and WC. Single lock up garage + carport.

Plenty of off street parking and plenty of room for a large boat. Back yard is fully fenced.

Complete with New Reverse Cycle Air Conditioning Unit.

High Season - $1600 per week. - minimum 7 night stay.

Shoulder Season - $1100 per week - minimum 2 night stay.

Low Season - $750 per week - minimum 2 night stay.

Daily $200 Shoulder Season/Daily $175 Low Season.

Bond $200 Booking Fee $55
