Overview

Sugar Hill Cottage Rental Photos and Description

4 Bedrooms, 2 Full baths, Sleeps 4 Adults and 4 Children maximum

The historical white clapboard cottage with yellow shutters, is affectionately known as Yellow Blinds. It is located in the quintessential town of Sugar Hill. This house is part of the historic 'Pecketts on Sugar Hill' estate, site of the 'First Ski School in America.' The house sits on a ridge surrounded by spectacular views of the entire Presidential Mountain Range, quiet country lanes and pastoral fields including the historic Iris Farm all within the estate. This house has the essence of being warm and cozy.

The house has a large dining area and living room, four bedrooms, two full baths with heated tile flooring, newly renovated kitchen with all amenities and is a tastefully appointed house. The classic fireplace is wonderful to sit in front of on a cold winter night after a great day of skiing.

The house is located 5 minutes away from Cannon Mountain and Franconia Notch
