The farmer's wrap around porch will be a gathering space from early morning to late at night. The spacious, sun - filled yard leads to the sugar sand private beach, fire pit and boat slip. Just imagine watching the Weirs Beach fireworks from your own beach! The property faces west for great sun . . and sunsets! The home is fully Air conditioned, washer/dryer and propane wood stove in the living room to afford you full comfort. This waterfront home is within walking distance to Weirs Beach boardwalk, arcades, go-karts, mini golf, icecream, restaurants, etc. Enjoy your own assigned boat slip right out your front door! The house has everything you need for a great summer vacation. The gradually sloped shoreline is great for kids.

This is one of two adjacent homes and can be a fabulous location for a large family gatherings.
