Our cozy cottage is on a private/dead end road and sits 50 ft from the waters edge of crystal clear Newfound Lake. 88 ft of waterfront shared w/owners. Enjoy the spectacular views of Cardigan Mountain & breathtaking sunsets. Relax on the screened porch or under a shady tree with a book. Be adventurous and enjoy all that the lake has to offer. Swim, kayak/canoe, water ski, tube, fish, or hang out with friends at the sandbar. Restaurant, bakery and store all within walking distance. Don't forget the marshmallows to roast over the campfire.

Our lake front cottage is located 2 hours north of Boston, on a private dead end road just off Mayhew Turnpike (3A). It is within walking distance (.5mi) to The Bridgewater Inn Japanese Steakhouse & Tavern, Newfound Grocery & Basic Ingredients Bakery. Some of the local attractions to enjoy are: Hiking Cardigan Mtn., Profile Falls, Welton Falls, Elwell Trail, Sculptured Rocks, Wellington State Park, Polar Caves & Ruggles Mine. Venture a little farther to explore Mt. Washington Cog Railroad, Storyland, Santa's Village, Clarks trading Post, Canterbury Shaker-Village & Castle In the Clouds. Shopping nearby @ Mills Falls in Meredith, or Tanger Outlets in Tilton. In case of a rainy day, family fun is less than 30 minutes away @ FunSpot. A large arcade and bowling will be fun for all. Check out a movie @ Weirs Beach Drive-In, or Smitty's Cinema in Tilton. A half hour ride from multiple golf courses.
