Excellent Condo Well appointed

I think the condo is beautiful. Very clean when we arrived. We had 4 bed 4 bath, double balcony. View was/is amazing on both sides of the unit. There is a coffee maker (bring the round filters however, although I left 50 so you will be good for awhile). The Beach Club is very secure, you need a code to get in the front gate to park, code to enter the building, a code to enter the elevator and a code to enter the condo, not complaining. The indoor pool felt like it was heated, and came in handy as we had a couple of days of rain. There is an indoor and outdoor hot tub, both are excellent. The outdoor pool is significantly more spacious than the pictures indicate. Up to 6.5 feet deep too.
Now the negatives - The mattress in both master suites are hard as a rock. I have a firm mattress at home, I have no idea what firmness level this was, but I literally checked to see if a box spring was being used with a mattress pad, it isn't.
The cable TV is unbelievable to navigate, (I know you are at the beach so why bother) we had down time and wanted to relax so.... You couldn't enter a channel directly it was was weird, so you have to get close by hitting "1" or "2" then go channel by channel. The other weird thing is the Master Suite only got about 12 channels, no ESPN, A&E, no news networks, just a few locals and nothing else. I tried auto-programming the channels to see if they had been erased but nothing. Again, I'm still giving 5-stars, so this was more of an annoyance than a deal breaker, but this is a premium unit with a premium price. I would however rent again.

Owner's Response: The King mattresses purchased last July are high quality extra firm. This is the first time I have gotten a comment about them, so immediately started a plan of action. I personally prefer a firm mattress with a plush top. Will be installing dense mattress pads on the new king beds for a more luxurious feel.
New 70" TV budgeted for LR this Spring and the one in there now will be moved to the Master Bedroom. Owner will be checking on the channels and remotes and cable company to determine malfunction immediately.
