This is the best the coast has to offer! This beautiful soundfront cottage comes with all the amenities with a private pier and new inground pool. This cottage is really 2 homes in one. The upstairs cottage has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The beautiful downstairs apartment has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. This house can be rented all together or two seprate vacation homes. The large back yard is excellent for weddings, grilling and having the whole family together for a wonderful time. Enjoy the pier and get a great tan, play in the water or catch some fresh fish.

If you want to go beach-combing, a walk in the sunset or catch the next best wave it's only a short walk to the beach. Inside enjoy all of the comforts of home with a nicely appointed kitchen, 5 bedrooms, excellent living area and tremendous views of Bogue Sound! Relax in the livingroom or the soft plush couches in the sunroom while enjoying the sounds, smell and views on the maritime coast.

This wonderful carolina beach home is a gem to behold. Already great we're adding some new style and access to add to the charm of this great vacation home!!

Wonderful Place!!

My family and I had a wonderful vacation here last week. The colorful decor made it such a "happy" place to be. The home is very clean and well-maintained. The beds were super comfortable. The sunroom looking out into the sound was awesome. The outside is meticulously and beautifully landscaped. My favorite was the brand new pool. The weather was hot when we were there, but the pool stayed refreshingly cool. As much as I'd like to keep this place a secret, Joyce was so nice and accommodating that it's only fair I leave a great review. We loved this home! Thanks for such a great vacation!

Our family had a wonderful week in this beautiful home with access to both the sound and the ocean. We
really enjoyed the pier and the water sports park nearby. House is wonderfully appointed and we had need for nothing. We spent a lot of time in the very nice pool. The grounds are very nice and beautifully maintained. The owner is delightful and more than willing to help in any way she can.

This house was amazing. The view of the sound at sunset is breathtaking! This house has it all with the pool, the view of the sound, and just a short walk to the beach.
The property manager, Joyce, was so accommodating as well. Other places we have stayed are usually through a big realty/rental agency and once u get your keys it's an ordeal to get in touch with anyone for assistance if need be. Joyce was so friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. We had an amazing vacation and we can't wait to go back!!
