SUNFILLED APARTMENT IN NICE, BEAUTIFUL SEAVIEW, POOL

We, a German family, stayed one week in this really wonderful apartment.

Everything we needed was already present. The interior was lovely and we really liked to be there.
Furthermore we had the chance to look the fireworks of the 14th July directly from the balcony. What an arrival....


The week passed too quick and we hadn't the chance to visit all what we want and to spend more time in the lovely pool with his adorable view to the sea.
Next time we would like to reside longer.

Concerning hand over:
Everything was very well prepared. The contact to the owner was cordial.
Bed linen and towels are top. And also the technical hand-over was easy and without any problems. One word: perfect!

This apartment is really a recommendation!

We, a Danish family, 2 adults and two boys (9, 12 y) had a great holiday in july 11 in this very family-friendly flat, that contained everything needed. We had all our home-meals on the large terrace with the fantastic view! There is a bit traffic noise though, but ok.
We enjoyed both the large pool (which is placed in a lovely garden area surrounded by the flats and with a great ocean view) and the "stone" beach at the Promenade de Anglais. The ocean is so blue - and beautiful!
I was easy to get around Nice by busses and Tram. Outside the door is the bus downtown - we went by bus to both Monaco and Cannes for just 1€ per person!
There are so many things to see and do in and around Nice, and the flat is really nice, where you easily feel like home, which is great when traveling with children.
We had good contact with the owners and felt very secure.

Stayed here in late July early August.The photos on the site dont do this apartment justice.It is very spacious and is like a home away from home, all home comforts, washing machine&dryer, dish washer, tv, internet, air conditioning.Beds very comfortable and large balcony with sea view,because of elevated position cool at night and very quiet location.Pool just up a path behind apartment, v. close.Large adult pool with diving board, kids pool and table tennis tables (2).Great for teenagers.Club house has good food and vey affordable, 8euro main course.Great view from pool over Nice.A good walk to Nice Centre (but very nice)Bus stop just outside apartment, one euro fare or 4euro day pass.Bus stops every 15minutes and if you want to travel via promenade walk down hill to Vallon Barla and get bus that goes along the Promenade.Last bus around 9pm but night bus until 1am, goes as far as Rue de la Pastorelle, a few minutes walk from apartment.Large supermarket Carre Four a few bus stops away but local shop at traffic lights, 100m away, quiet good, also pizza vans park in street near apartment at night and are popular with locals, pizzas, 9 - 10 euros.No restaurant nearby but lots a bus ride away or walk to end of hill and a variety of restaurants there.Bus goes to station where you can get a familyrail pass for 35 euro and travel to Monaco, Cannes, Tende and many other destinations, great service and value!!Blue bicycles a good idea, cycle along promenade, v.safe for all and great family fun.Lots of free museums in Nice worth going to and St.Paul de Vence on bus route a great day out..
