This is a private villa with screened pool and Jacuzzi, situated in the lovely conservation community of Marbella at Davenport, set amidst orange groves. It is in a peaceful location, located just off US Highway 27, and so is close to great restaurants, shops, supermarkets, and the new Leisure and Retail complex of Posner Park. Disney is only a 10-minute drive away. Easy access to both the I-4 and the US192 enable you to reach all the tourist attractions the area has to offer, yet within 75 miles of the Gulf Coast and its beautiful beaches, and 65 miles to Kennedy Space Centre and Cocoa Beach on the Atlantic Coast. Fully air-conditioned throughout, crockery, cutlery, towels & linens are provided and included in the rental price, equipped laundry area with separate washer and dryer. Two master-bedrooms, one overlooks the pool giving direct access onto the pool side, ideal for early morning swims. importantly child safety-guard to the pool area. villa also has internet connection.

Our vacation rental home is only 10 minutes from Disney and the rest of the theme-parks that Orlando has to offer and comfortably accommodates eight people. Holidays to Florida are great for kids with attractions like Walt Disney World Resort, Discovery Cove Orlando, and Wet 'n Wild. There's SeaWorld Orlando, Tampa Bay, Adventure Island. Busch Gardens approx 45 mins drive away. The gulf coast resort of Anna Maria Island is ideal for a relax break and is only approx 2 hours away. Cocoa beach on the Atlantic coast is about 65 miles. beautiful and plentiful golf courses close by. Champions Gate Golf Resort is only 10 mins away a nationally acclaimed golf facility for world-class golf, offers 36 holes designed by International Golf Champion Greg Norman. , Miami is a must-see if you've never visited. This metropolitan area is influenced by Latin-American cultures. The Florida Keys National Marine Sanctuary offers protected reefs and marine life for unrivalled snorkelling and diving.

As we made our decision to travel to Florida very late in the day, we were thrilled to be able to find such a great place to stay at such a reasonable price, especially for during school summer holidays. The house was clean and well equipped, however, it would have been helpful to have been given an address which was acceptable to the sat nav provided with our hire car.

Our communication with the owner was quick and easy and he couldn't have been more helpful, providing us with answers to all of our questions.

Although not right on top of the theme parks, they were a 15/20 minute drive. Busch Gardens was so much closer as we did not have to negotiate the busy part of the I4 between I Drive and the 192.
