City of Austin License #2013 004296. This is a lovely two bedroom, one bath duplex with a king and 2 twins in the bedrooms. The living room has a queen size pull out couch. There is a wonderful deck dining area, full cable and wireless internet. There is high end laundry in house and parking for two cars off street. This condo is wheelchair accessible and has a new walk-in shower.

Bring your sunscreen when you come stay here! You'll have more fun outdoorsy stuff to do than you could squeeze into a few days. You've got Zilker Park, The Barton Creek Greenbelt, Barton Springs Pool and Lady Bird Lake and her trails just two blocks away.

Bring bikes if you're driving down, or we can help arrange cheap rental bikes for you!

Peach, the Broker in the family, is an avid golfer and likes to do anything outdoors as well as garden in his Zilker area home's backyard. Cynthia is a real estate agent and works with Peach in their business and now manages all 7 of their vacation rentals along with their son, Jay. Cynthia loves to cook the vegetables that Peach grows and take long walks!

GREAT APARTMENT AND A GO TO AUSTIN RENTAL

This is our third year consecutive with Zilker Vacations and second year in this unit. I highly recommend. Perfectly located and very accommodating with a lot of nice small touches. For example, fresh coffee beans and a grinder. We had a sizable group and everyone was comfortable. FYI that patio is as big as it looks and we spent a lot of time enjoying the weather.

Spacious, Attractive Apartment and Great Location

This was our second stay with Zilker Vacations, and we found the apartment to be spacious, comfortable, clean, well-equipped, and attractively decorated. The price is reasonable, and Park Place is well situated in South Austin, close to Zilker Park and Barton Springs in a lovely, tree lined neighborhood. Despite this peaceful setting, the rental is close to the restaurants on Lamar and South Congress and not far from downtown. In addition, the Reynolds are very prompt to respond, and they make check in and check out relatively carefree. They provide helpful information, and Cyndy is very pleasant to talk to over the phone-- very good customer service. I've book two other Zilker properties for the next two weeks, and I highly recommend this property.

Very clean and right in the heart of Zilker Park

This was our third stay at a different Zilker Vacation property. Again we were very pleased with our unit, the Park Place. Everything was spotless and the unit was very well equipped. The unit was exactly as described, we highly recommend this property as well as any other Zilker Vacation property.

We highly enjoyed our stay in Park Place. The location was very nice. The property was equipped with every thing we needed during our stay.

Park Place was AMAZING!!!

We just loved this property!! Extremely clean and had everything you needed...from cooking utensils, pots and pans to shampoo, to laundry detergent!!! Very well maintained, the deck and grill were clean and very easy to use. I would totally recommend this property to a family with children and for singles!!! They cover every base imaginable!!

We spent two weeks at Park Place and had a great time.Very impressed by the customer service provided by the owner/manager. Location was great. It was a very clean spacious accomodation with modern decor and furnishing.Walking distance to Zilker Park, Barton Spring Pool,, Town Lake. Most daily needs (groceries, cleaners, and restaurants) within walking distance or a short drive away. Kithen was super and the owners attention to details is amazing (make -up remover, wine opener, to good herb tea and natural sugar). It is a pity I did not get to take advantage of the kitchen much since we were trying to taste at so many nearby places like: Odd Duck, Wink, East Side King, Shady Grove, Lenoir, Henry's, Olivia, even the Leaning Pear in Wimberley and Trotoria Lisina. We have to come back again real soon to try others. The walks in Zilker Park and the Botanical Garden were great. Such a safe neighborhood. Seems like we will be in touch with Zilker Vacations.

  • We have tried to make this unit as handicap-friendly as possible. There is a ramp from parking area, a no-lip shower and grab bars, so it's wheelchair accessible.
