This is a great Lakeview home, with a 180 degree view of the lake!

This home can sleep up to 12 people..all on one level!

You will find a large, very open living area with rock fireplace, with 5 bedrooms(or sleeping areas), and four full baths

The master bedroom has a Queen size bed and its adjoining master bath has a tub/shower combo.

The 2nd & 3rd bedrooms have queen beds.

The media room has 2 twin beds at one end and a comfortable 'media chair' area for watching TV or playing video games.

The 'fully carpeted' oversized double car garage has been converted into an additional sleeping area with 2 more twin beds and plenty of room for kids to play!

There are two sets of glass french doors off the great room that lead out to a beautiful, fully enclosed sunroom that offers panoramic views of the lake with decks on both sides that spans the entire width of the home. Great for outdoor eating, as well as relaxing out of the sun.

Other amenities include: washer and dryer, charcoal grill, outdoor deck furniture, Direct TV satellite and more..

Lost Bridge Village swimming pool available at $4.00/day/person, community Tennis Courts just down the street.

Boat slip nightly rental is available for $9.00 - 20 ft Slip and $12.00 for a 26 ft. slip

'timberline' sits on top of whitney mountain, the highest peak in nw arkansas, with a wonderful view of beaver lake. It's a five minute drive to lost bridge marina, where you can rent watercraft of any kind or rent a slip for your own boat, to enjoy beautiful beaver lake. This is a corp of engineers park that has miles of hiking trails available as well.

We are located about a 20 minutes drive from rogers, ar, which has as many shopping, restaurants, movie theaters and activities any big city can offer.
