4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, sleeps up to 12 people.

Open living areas on both levels, with large windows for a great view.

Fully equipped kitchen (Range, Refrigerator, Disposal, Dishwasher, Trash Compactor) and dining area. Large decks off of both levels (lower deck is covered with steps for easy access to the water).

There are 2 bedrooms on the main level, the Master has a King Bed and the 2nd bedroom has a Queen bed.

The master has an in suite Bath and there is a full bath available for the second bedroom.

The main level also has a large, open great room with living room, dining room and Kitchen. The laundry is also on this main level.

Downstairs, (walk-out basement) you will find an open family room with access to the lower deck and the lake.

There are two bedrooms on this level; Bedroom #3 has two twin beds and bedroom #4 has a bunk bed with double bed on the bottom, twin on the top. There are several twin rollout beds and a sofa sleeper on this level, for extra sleeping space.

Home has 'Direct TV' reception.

Charcoal Grill.

Concrete driveway will easily accomodate 4 cars plus one in garage.

No Boat dock privledges.

Lost Bridge Village COMMUNITY SWIMMING POOL is available for $4.00/day/person

Boat slip nightly rental is available for $9.00 - 20 ft Slip and $12.00 for a 26 ft. slip. You can check availability and reserve a slip on www.lostbridgemarina.com

RATES BASED ON 3 NIGHT MINIMUM. TWO NIGHTS AVAILABLE WITH ADDITIONAL CLEANING FEE DURING THE OFF SEASON.

Wonderful getaway

The place was as nice as the pictures, I live in New Mexico with my son living in Springdale, AR. We usually plan a family snow ski trip in Colorado, but have not been able to cordinate schedules. We planned to visit our son and his family, but wanted something we could enjoy a nice enviroment. We decided to take the boat and stay on Beaver Lake. This place is a wonderful set up for everyone to stay. Before we left New Mexico, My parent's and sister and neices wanted to go. Starting with only 5 going we ended up with 11 and a 10 month old. The place worked out perfect. There was enough area to hang out and visit, everyone was able to find space and privacy with the extra rooms and bathrooms. The house is equipped with all appliances and bedding. Everything you need, made us feel at home away from home. We met friendly neighbors, who were helpful and eager to share the wonder adventures of Beaver Lake. One of the best ways to spend a vacation, or make it a home away from home. Couldn't find anything better for the price and location. Thank you for opening your home to us.
