IL GABBIANO (The Seagull) is located in the amazing Rapallo. It is a lovely new apartment in a pleasant four-storey building on the 3rd. floor with lift, just 5 minute walk from the centre of the town, the sea and the means of transports with shops close by. It sleeps up to 4 people. It is composed of a living room with a double sofabed, a comfortable fully equipped kitchen, a large double room, bathroom with bath and shower, 2 balconies. It has TV, washing machine, stove with 4 gas burners + electric oven, microwave, fridge with a small freezer - NO seaview!

would recommend this property. owner stayed in contact from time of booking til 4 months later when we arrived. Willing to converse and give information, very helpful....probably could've gotten better directions to find it and other facts during those four months instead of hurriedly that night, but very informative and helpful and friendly.
---clean and well maintained
---would've liked toilet paper and paper towels to be provided
--thought it strange to pay separately for linen
---hard to find--as in most of the towns--very limited parking areas. once you park auto, leave it and travel by bus or train or walk
--very close to train, bus, city centre, eating, grocery, sea.
--accurately described--close to cinque terre, but nicely/centrally located between there and Genoa. Awesome views of sea, towns, history, boardwalks
---scooters very noisy in the evening and a.m.
